Vader would not stand a chance over someone who can lock you in a dimension to die or even phase thru stuff like a ghost to almost pure invincibility

First, he left a high ground to Obi-Wan. Then he lost a high ground to Obito
two things i love in this fight, one: the dialogue between the two fighters. Both Obito and Vader saw in each other that have lost their humanity on this dark path they have been set on. But there can only be one victor in this battle.
The second being the music throughout the fight. Shoutout to Bradon Yetes, the composer of this episode for making "That's no Moon" for this fight.

Vader definitely could've broken out of the genjutsu.
but there's a difference between being able to break an illusion and wanting to break an illusion.
one reason why the infinite tsukuyomi is so hard to break is that it craft the perfect dream world that reflect your deepest desire.
Vader have broken out of illusion before because it only made him mad, but in this genjutsu, it gave him what he deeply desired his heart, padme. Before that blade struck him down, bro was probably living the perfect life where his mom is still alive, his wife and children are still alive, and the jedi council is giving him the respect he wanted. Despite all of the slander from star wars fan, Obito still gave Vader the most peaceful and respectful KO in death battle.

Not to mention that even in Naruto canon, there were people who KNEW they were under the illusion, but they specifically chose not to break free because they NEEDED the illusion to be real

Honestly after the scaling from Kakashi vs Obiwan I was a little scared for Obito, but I still figured he had a good chance bc what the hell is Vader gonna do against Kamui lol
Facts!!! I was scared they’d find a way for Vader to overcome Kamui
They didn't use the Comic Vader, if they did he would've been able to just 1 get out of Kamui and 2 just crush him within milliseconds

Obito was lucky DB didn't use legends Vader since he'd be pummeled in less than a second if he went up against that version of Vader.
Outside of saying Vader can't do much vs the truth seeking orbs (he can use the force to deflect them and its basically a counter since the force its natural energy) or that Obito can send him somewhere else (the part of Vader crushing Obito's eye can 100% happen) the fight result is pretty accurate, specially since Obito is faster (db sleept on that one). It was also one of their best 3D fights in a very long time.
But the thing that didn’t make sense was the fact that obito didn’t substitute 😂 himself also they didn’t even let him use his other 6 paths abilities before juubi obito he could’ve easily gotten his eye back by using the nakara path king of hell
@@Im.Etheric Problem is that then we have the argument of using the force to hit Obito through Kamui + forseeing his abilities. This battle is close af and any battleboarding site pretty much agrees. There is no singular skill that wins this fight.

Yeah I can understand this outcome even as a huge Darth Vader fan. Part of what makes Vader so powerful beyond his immense power, is fear that his opponents feel. Vader is a horrifying figure for most but if you do not fear him then that can play a big part. The real reason Obito was able to beat Vader besides his OP regenerative powers is that if you can get into Vader's mind which is not an easy feat, Vader is too broken on the inside to even want to come out from somthing like that. So while Vader has the ability to win, this outcome completely makes sense.
A very fun fight. Base Obito gets folded by Vader, but his final form is another problem. If obito didnt essential have endless stamina i think he might have lost. But the Tsuykuomi (or however that’s spelt) mostly capped this fight. The bizzare powers of Naruto just arent similar enough to the force for Vader to be prepared for.
There is higher scaling for Vader that could be done to give him a win (we’re talking star levels), but its all hypothetical and doesn’t really matter when the genjutsus and obitos regeneration still exist. From the way it was talked about id say the odds for victories were 45 for Vader and 55 for Obito.

The thing is, orange mask, obito would likely kill Vader simply because izanagi can rewrite reality, Vader will think that he killed obito but obito would spawn under his feet grab him and suck him in the kamui, or kill Vader with the light saber… like he did konan when she tried to blow him up with 1 billion paper bombs that’s one hack that obito would use, honestly I think obito could have beat Vader, as white mask Rinnegan because I don’t believe Vader has anything to protect him from getting his soul snatched also they didn’t even add the FACT that he controls all Edo tensei jenjiuriki if they were using the war arc version he might have not summon them himself, but there still a part of his control, vader would’ve had more of a struggle because he wouldn’t be able to kill them, but they didn’t even mention the nakara path king of hell where he can repair any damage done to his body, but it’s weird how they made Vader use the force to crush obitos eye but didn’t allow him to use the almighty push or absorb it the first time until the second time but as soon as he felt Vader use the force he’d done something about it. But it’s debatable if he could’ve even stopped. Himself from being sucked into the kamui because it’s a realm outside reality it’s a void pocket dimension it uses chakra to create it, but the portal itself isn’t generated on any particular energy

Saying in a long time. Going by the videos I’ve reacted to anime always ends up losing. That’s why everyone is always schooling me on how strong non anime characters are. And I reacted to Broly & Hulk!
Late to the video--which I loved, BTW--but I saw people in the comments suggesting Kenobi vs Obito, and I gotta throw my 2 cents in: Obi-Wan gets flattened. Yeah, he beat Vader on Mustafar, but even in the canon novelization--which is where it says Kenobi can react in nanoseconds--it makes it clear that Obi-Wan is just barely holding out. He didn't beat Vader so much as he SURVIVED him long enough to trick Vader into making a mistake with psychological warfare. And as much potential in the Force as Vader lost with the armor, he still had more than enough untapped potential left to seriously level up beyond Obi-Wan. Dodging attacks from Kakashi is one thing, but against Obito would be another thing entirely, and that's not even getting into all the powers Obito has that Kenobi CAN'T counter, such as the orbs. Ironically, the only ability Obito has that I can imagine Kenobi beating is the one that beat Vader: Infinite Tsukuyomi. Believe it or not, Obi-Wan actually encountered something extremely similar in both scope and style in Legends, in the form of a planet with a Dark Side aura designed to drive people insane with illusions of their absolute worst nightmares multiplied by a billion--Infinite Tsukuyomi but with bad vibes rather than good dreams. Kenobi stayed on that planet for DAYS without breaking. He had Green Lantern-level willpower.
I got hated on for knowing Obito was gonna win
Especially when they mentioned how he can throw people in dimensions and let them die

Just his abilities are busted unlike Vader's except for the force choke but Obito has the ability to bypass that

They could’ve at least mentioned vaders god form which can manipulate space and time. They underplayed how Vader was able to dominate the son and daughter which were the embodiments of the force.

Vader is driven by pure anger and unlike obi wan and getting out of kakashi's illusion, vader does not have the calm mind needed to removed the genjutsu, not only that but the infinite tsukiyomi is made to make people want to stay in the illusion instead of most genjutsu which is used to trick people.
Vader from legends was just regular darth vader kind of so yeah cripple man wasn't beating obito

Technically Darth Vader is able to hold his own no matter his life support slows him down, especially he's powered by hate which makes him but then again mental state situation does give him a downfall especially Obito's ability not only he can overwhelm him but using the ability to trap him some kind of powerful illusion which gives him what he wants is what gives him a win , then again I feel he would have got out of there but then again his emotion gets the best of him

Obito is lucky it’s not dark dimension Vader he will destroy obito so badly
He wouldn’t be able to do anything. He would be in another dimension away from the battle and he would be under the whims of the dark side and he isn’t in control. And as we know from that story, the dark side isn’t really on Vader’s side. At best he could go back in his personal history to restart the fight from the beginning but that’s about it

Obi-wan is better at long and close range combat and is far superior to defending against mind tricks. Obito used darth varders tragic past against him. But theres not much to use against Obi-Wan. Obi-Wan is extremely creative when using the force.

There is nothing to see obi wan being tragic other than having to kill Anakin on mustafar to even his master qui gon jinn dying by Darth maul
And obi wan has a way better chance to break out those illusions that Obito can put him in
Only thing that will be over for obi wan is the kabui dimension and phasing out of stuff from Obito

Genjutsu shouldn't work on Vader because he have no chakra. But I forgot the Infinite Tsukuyomi affects all living beings regardless if they have chakra or not. So the moment Obito used that, this was fight over 😂
