I read it last weekend in a day and I loved it, I gave it 5 stars. It was my second VE Schwab (Addie LaRue being my first, which I also gave 5 stars), so it’s really made me put her on my radar.
Yes, brilliant choices, they’re some of my faves of hers too!
Darker shade of magic and vicious series are both fantastic too! Addie larue will probably be my next

God your review was so much better than the check who has the most reviews for this book like seriously it took her as long as it took you to review the entire book for her to get to the part about how she got an arc for the book and how she was grateful for it like literally did not get to the point other than she gave it a three star of you I still don’t know why because I bailed and found your review. hi! , i saw gallant when i was at the bookstore a few days ago, i was interested in it so i watched some reviews on it including yours, i'm going to buy it tomorrow hope its good!
Yeahh, I wasn't hyped for this book at all, but now I want to. 😅 I thought my wallet would be safe, but I was wrong.

I read Gallant and loved it. Now I need something else like this. Anybody has a recommendation similar to this?
I don’t know any books like it but the vibe is similar to the show Haunting of Hill House (a little).
When you say similar to Haunting of hill house. Do you mean the show or the book? Because you said it gives the same family vibe but the show has family and the book just had random people in the house. I thought personally Haunting of hill house was terrible, but the show was fantastic
