She can definitely smell the bat guano. Look at her scenting in the gateway.
Our dogs (pedigree lab and pedigree German Shepherd) always appeared like magic when the guano bag or the blood, fish and bonemeal box were brought out.

I love my greenstalk. I purchased bat guano to add to my soil as well as to make compost tea.

I’m trying compost tea made from our comfrey plants this year. It’ll be our first year to try it. I’m excited!

I tell you, in ground gardening in flordia, is like gardening in a sandbox. No matter how much you amend, add or water it will need more. My container plants always do better. And the root knot nematodes 🙄 I hadn't even heard such a thing until I moved down here. It is like starting all over, so much to learn. I actually learn quite a bit from a guy in Australia, they are a subtropical climate like Flordia. Hot and Humid 🥵
