Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
Mix all ingredients together
Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet
Use a fork to press down cookie in a criss-cross fashion
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes. Let cool on pan for a few minutes before using a spatula to gently remove
