Hello!!! I hope you can help me, I am pregnant and my test have been as follows see it: 3 months pregnant vdrl negative 6 months pregnant vdrl negative 7 months pregnant CIA reactive, RPR non-reactive and TP PA non-reactive. 8 months pregnant same results than 7 months. I don't know what happened 😕 How can I interpret it???
I had a TPA screen done and that was + But the RPR was negative so they did the TPPA and that came back negative. They told me it was a false positive. why does this happen? What else can it be?
I genuinely wish I had a professor like you to teach me this stuff
In an ocean of shitty vids with superfluous figures and music. This is an absolute gem. Straight and to the point.

What is serofast? Can someone with that still transmit syphilis?
Exactly
Does a person who have lupus that means he will be positive a syphilis test ?
1:128 titer means high or low?
What if the result of tpha is positive up to 1:5120?
*particule agglutination not plasma
Sir ,tpha titer ratio is 1:160 ,is it normal or not?
You mean 1/16?
@@lennic95 no ,1:160
What about “minimal reactive” result for FTA?
It is true that once the syphilis enters the body he never disappears?
@@mdpro9869 no. What doesn’t disappear are the antibodies which is why the treponenal tests are always positive thereafter
