Thanks for watching :)
those TAP A330s! Beautiful :)
TAP! So glad you got to see our airplains! Love your videos, greetings from Portugal!
Another great video, thanks for posting!
@germankid1811 yes you can see New York City when you take off and land if you are on the right runway. and there is no way to tell what side you should sit on because it depends on what runway the airplane goes on
Nice!! Love the SIA A340-500.
great captures specialy with the TAP A330 :)
Nice! Just love the hub-bub of Newark, with the clutter of freeways, railway lines, and port areas in the background, and with all the containers piled high. As for those cranes in the port area .... they are massive! Newark symbolises the epitome of trade and commerce.
Very nice!! :) I remember lots of theese aircrafts when i was at Newark in march! :)
I'm always happy to hear you kind comments mate :)
I love to hear airlines upgrading their interiors and making them better :D
Loved it as always Dantorp! You haven't uploaded a spotting video in a while :-)
awesome vid! 10/10
Subbed you bro, nice video!!
Hey dantrop11 ... brilliant video. Brought back alot of memories for me. I currently reside in London but used to work out of EWR for BA as a customer services agent. I used to do load planning and check in from 97-00. Was a great job. We worked out of Terminal B - TAP, SAS etc. were staple images and remain so today. Ironically you documented your filming date as 16 July - my birthday.
Great video of the aircraft movemnets at the busy airport!
I was in the same location in 2010. I landed from Indianapolis and got stranded for 12 hrs. I saw a British Airways 777 there. One awesome airport.
in terms of the plane spotting at newark i like the way the heavies move from left to right over the terminal
Great! Very nice video! :)
Great video! My home airport(:
Ah, one of ours ! That Tap A330 just won you a LIKE ;) Thanks !
I've seen you post lots of cool pilot gigs so I know you dig pilots, whether or not you become one. You'll have to start pilot lessons in the fall!
I'm glad you liked it dude! ;)
Great video, EWR has very limited spotting locations unlike other airports. Plus the stupid freaking Port Authority doesn't help either. But that doesn't stop me from spotting at Newark!
UNITED38Heavy Such a shame such a good variety of planes with a bad variety of police officers that don’t let us av geeks watch
What is the flight number to LHR though? :O
I appreciate it man :D
It all depends on which runways are active but you should definitely check out google maps to see exactly where it is compared to the airport!
hi is outside terminal c accesiable to a spotter without a boarding pass ?
you got some great video's on your channel liked it very much thanks. i subed you to see more in the future.
That sounds like an amazing job man!! Thanks a lot and I guess this was meant to be your bithday present then :P
Yeah, it was about time :D Thanks bro :)
Thanks man :D
do you think it will come to newark tho i would love that
Hey I always take my flights from EWR to FRA or Munich! Did you see the LH a340 to dusseldorf or the lh 747-400 to FRA at all that day?
thanks for the information
Im flying via EWR soon and was scared that the spotting wont be as good as in say chicago or jfk since there arent that many spotting videos on youtube and ewr is not as big. Your videos help convince me that I made a good choice connecting via FRA and EWR. Great Video and Channel!!!
When is your next trip and video Dantorp?
I appreciate it mate :D
United fly the 777 to LHR once daily on UA28/29... The 757 are great with presonal entertainment and everything! You'll have a splendid flight!
It's before my flight back in July (UA28)!
very good
Also, the airplanes in the Continental livery have all the aircraft models that the United Airlines had like the Airbus A320.
The best place to spot at Newark is to park in the Economy Lot on the airport grounds, but a mile from the terminals. You will be right up by Runway 22L/4R. You'll have to pay for parking, but it's a fantastic view.
Well it's a very hard thing to do... Since I've loved airplanes all my life I've had years and years to tell them apart... Just watch different videos with different aircrafts and you will soon learn :D
Who were u flying with
I'm flying to Newark from London on a United 757-200 on Saturday! Is the 757 any good? I was actually kinda disappointed when I saw that was the aircraft and not like a 777.
Did you come in with SK904
i flew back with co75, when it was still continental. yet they already had repainted the plane. but the boeing 757-200wl is barely capable of the tansatlantic flight. lots of fuelstarvation incidents
Where you spot at
love 777. you can really see how it dwarfs the 757 even in the background. 757 is also best in its class
Tap air awesome 👍👌
Im new into this hobby, how can you tell the planes apart
the interesting thing about this is that newark is running with parallel runway operations, one for takeoff and one for landing
I think I've been to this terminal, I've been to Newark airport after a arriving adventure getting home from London with my mother
The Panasonic HDC-TM60 :D
I LOVE THEM
omg tap! :))))))))
they just upgraded 1 of their a340's, finally :)
My dad works at newark airport he pushes the planes back from the gate and he goes in the parking lot for free
Not for us, lovers of those birds dantorp11 ;)
My next trip is in June and my next video is tomorrow :)
United and Continental Berger about a year ago now.
They merged, they're one airline now which has the Continental logo/livery & the United brand name ;)
I think it is British Airways BA188 to London Heathrow.
To little space in the terminal area for the wing span, runways are long enough.
dude whats your skype?! ill tell you all about their interiors and how to know which ones have new interiors :)
I was leaving on UA28 :)
I want to work in the aviation industry because I can have a lot more power than as a pilot haha :)
I shoot pics and want to capture some but damn port authority is everywhere meh
2 TAP airplanes??
Tlintaeum
New Jersey has a large Portuguese population...One goes to Lisbon, the other to Porto..
It's SK903 to Newark and SK904 back to Stockholm
The runway is too short!
Haha, sure ;)
Haha! I guess you liked them? ;)
That happens at most airports with 2+ runways
The ua 757 200 is the best!
Now Singapore uses their A350s at Newark
Haha, Berger ;)
No, that's not the reason. There are 11,000 and 10,000 foot runways at Newark. The real reason would be probably be wingtip clearances between taxiways/runways/aprons/gates, etc. I don't know if the A380 is even forbidden from using Newark Airport. Landings and takeoffs could be possible, just a little inconvenient from a logistical standpoint.
WHY DONT THE A380 GO TO MY CITY OF NEWARK?
No unfortuneately not :(
really newark has 3 tho
Dan why don't you be a pilot
