As a Brit I watch what is happening over in the States with interest as much of what happens there eventually shows up here. I applaud Riley Gaines for her bravery and also applaud Governor Huckabee for her common sense approach. Biological sex is real, self gendering is fantasy. The only reason Lia Thomas is doing this is because he was a loser in mens events and wanted medals. Keep up the good fight.
As a Brit you should know that the UK has already thought about this and decided that biological sex is immutable with laws ensuring women and girls have access to single-spaces and their own sports as of last week. How have you missed this? It's been a real fight these past two years!
@@klc6769 There is progress to be sure but the battle is nowhere near over and we have yet to see what Labour will do when they seize power. Also the equality law has not yet been changed to define sex as being biologically based which is definitely what will make the law immutable.

I was under the impression that title 1X was and is a law which was passed by the U.S. congress and signed into law by a President and upheld by the Supreme Court. If that is the case (and maybe it isn't), how can another President change the law by executive order?
Biden is claiming a *reinterpretation* of the law.
Last I checked a President has no power or authority to change a law.
