I had to watch this episode again. Recently, a wonderful person and mentor to me passed away at 39, unexpectedly--with her unborn daughter. I have a physical disability, so like everyone else, life is not always easy. It's why I got into teaching: to set a good example for others. I can't imagine the personal life sacrifice it is for the two of you to work in the sports industry at such a high level. I'm so glad my girlfriend and I started watching this podcast. It is real. That's what makes it special. Charissa, your attitude is amazing and inspiring, considering all that happened. Erin and Charissa, you're rocking it. Thank you for being genuine. Your influences are felt by so many people everyone!

We had our credit card number stolen from us a few years ago and someone spent $300 worth of fuel and merchandise on it!
They took advantage of the wrong person!
I filed a report with the police and informed the merchants affected!
A few months later, we were notified by mail that someone was arrested and we could attend the hearing!
Karma always comes around full circle!

Iâve had a lot of shit that has happened to me in my 50 years and I found this scripture that helps me find the benefit in everything; âAll things happen for the good of man, for those who believe in God.â -Romans 8:28. No matter how bad things get or even how great everything may be, they are âSupposedâ to happen and it is part of Gods plan for you! Keep your head up, Godâs got this!

I've been robbed and it sucks, it takes forever to ever feel safe again. Fuck people that do things like that... LOVE you both so much!
sorry to hear about this horrible robbery, i hope insurance will cover some of it, some of these can be marked so if these thieves try to resell them it will trigger the right notifications

So sorry about that robbery. One of my fears being a single woman in my home. But I always remember a TV Show that hired a professional criminal to steal stuff from some family. The TV show put in cameras to watch it and sometime within 3 to 4 weeks they would have a robbery. It was to point out where their weaknesses were. They show the family the robbery. They get everything back and a really great security system. Then the criminal guy comes back within 2 weeks to make sure they are turning on the system, locking windows, etc. I learned so much from that show. I remember to lock my car in the garage now. I lock my windows not just shut them. These families were pretty sure nothing would happen and they were seriously upset when it did and showed where their weak points were. I can't remember the name of the show but it was really good.

Charissa, please don't beat yourself up for the way having been robbed affects you. The psychological aspect goes much deeper than most realize. They attacked you when you were vulnerable, i.e. not home, the house was empty of humans. I'm so sorry this happened to you and I hope that you're able to find some sense of security in the future.

I doubt you girls see this being that the episode was so long ago, however it is absolutely crazy how things are so backwards as the victim you can find your stuff at the pawnshop and likely nothing is done still⊠when I was a kid my golf clubs were stolen and I was a huge golfer so they were expensive and not long after it happened a friend of ours found them at a local used sporting goods store and they were for sure mine because one grip was different then all the others and sure enough it was them, we proceeded to go to the store talk to the owner and all he said was noooo not that gentleman heâs a good customer he comes in quite often! Ummm ya no kidding because everything he sells is probably stolen. The cops came and still nothing was ever done infact my dadâs friend ended up coming up there and buying them for his son the deal was so good on them! I had already got a new set by then thanks to insurance! Anywho itâs just crazy how things work in this country!

They donât even consider how hard you worked for whatâs in your house they just believe they are entitled to it which is total BS. If it was so professional & efficient, wondering if the robbers had been in her home previouslyâŠeither at a party or from knowing one of her acquaintances.
Iâm sure she doesnât care too much about the possessions, but now sheâll probably have to sell her house & move. If you arenât wealthy, you might stayâŠbut if you have money & have already moved a lot Iâd think youâd want to leave that behind.

Sometimes you have to ask yourself, when is enough enough? Sometimes we see so many people have tons of jobs, you see they're successful but we wonder why so many jobs. Are they buying expensive things that now they have to keep working to afford or do they have HDD? Money is good but not when you start chasing it to pay for things you keep buying. The first person I think about is Kevin Hart. How many jobs and business do you want? How much money do you want to leave your kids?

thieves suck.....dam near have to put barb wire and electrify the fence like they do for cattle.......things you have to do nowa days to feel safe in your own home is ridiculous......
you should hire someone you trust to stay in your home when you leave and have them be an avid gun carrier.. Sorry if you don't believe in guns but I bet nobody gets away breaking in my home..
