Before I sleep, I think about how I spent my day, then my life from way back in elementary and even in my toddler years sometimes then I tend to question about life about everything. There's just a lot and I used to feel a heavy invisible burden in my chest in the past. CZcams helped me distract myself and slowly outgrow some of my heartaches.

What a beautiful habit you have to review your days. People who value their life and analyze it, are kinder to other people.😊 Maybe that weight that presses our chest is the same pain that will make us flourish.
