I think Patlash might be a mistranslation because Patrash is an actual name. I don't remember where it's from but I think it's from some kind of Ghibli Movie. So it's definitely not Patlash, I think. There's also the name Patricia. And you don't say Patlishia. That's just grammatically stupid no matter how you look at it.
Okaa-sama doesn't translate as "Mommy" XD that's so out of context and incorrect. You don't usually address your real mom with "Sama". Unless you're in the royal family or something XD Mommy would be " Okaa-chan" or "Kaa-chan".
