      Putin is as naive about India as he (hopefully) was naive about the West. He wanted to be a Westerner and NATO member. Now he want to be an Indian. But India has (not yet) not shown its full hand to the Russians.

    India doesnt have many Natural resources except for thorium . Thorium Is an alternative to huranium for nuclear Energy but It still isnt developed world Wide except in Russia and china . India has One of the largest thorium reserves wroldwide and the americans cannot cope in terms of nuclear technology with Russia and china .

    • @jamesaron1967
      @jamesaron1967 Před 13 dny +2

      Thorium could and _should_ be a very important resource in the future. It is an alternative to uranium like you say but cleaner and less dangerous. The 'problem' with thorium is that a country using it in its reactors cannot produce nuclear weapons with it. That is one of the reasons it never saw development as a fuel source at the beginning of the nuclear age. This planet is obsessed with weapons of war.
