I've seen episodes where they refer to ginger red hair as "strawberry blonde" and dark brown eyes as "hazelnut eyes". You ain't fooling nobody!

It's because these pageant mom's or dad do them for fame.
Some of toddler may love pageants but these people have fussy kids because children doesn't get naps, glue stuff to their eyes, tan them, bleach their teeth, dye their hair, laughs when making them stressed. Wax eyebrows bribe them. Make hurtful comments to them, compare them to their siblings. Like any child under the age of ten should be forced to go and wax what's not there. Children 0-7 or lower needs naps. Pageants shouldn't be for little children.
