🍞 SALTED "RICCIOLE" of bread and puff pastry

  • The salted "ricciole", typical bread of Ferrara tradition, are usually eaten by those who love salty breakfast, but this does not mean they cannot be enjoyed at any time of the day ... they are truly a goodness.
    Given the many requests, today I propose my recipe.
    ... taste them still hot, they are excellent!
    To preserve them you can put them in a bag in the cooler, but when you defrost them, heat them a little.

    Shopping list:
    - 350 gr of flour of your choice
    (I used 250 gr of 00 flour and 100 g of flour with a mix of 7 cereals)
    - 35 gr of butter in small pieces
    - 15 gr of brewer's yeast
    - 140 gr of milk
    - 5 gr of sugar
    - 5 gr of fine salt
    - 70 gr of water
    - 1 roll of rectangular puff pastry
