This was one of my favourite quests it just shows obsidian wasn’t afraid of putting the darker elements of the wasteland
DrConspiiracyy Definite wish Bethesda would do that more because it does show the reality of how things really would be yes they did that would fall out 3 by feel like fallout 4 was way too light hearted it didn't have that down gritty realization that the world would have went to hell
Lord Orang Yeah they have the cannibal perk but all shows you eat a dead body and the way the blood flies out is very cartoonish I mean it's not like you can hear flesh and bones crunching as you do it and there's a lot of realistic crime that goes on in new Vegas you have rape murder kidnapping and you never hear that in fallout 4

DrConspiiracyy You have to remember that Bethesda is a very well known multi million dollar company and if they put alot of this kind of stuff in every one of their games people would try to ban it for being "to violent" like people tried to do with GTA. In this day and age the majority of people are just way to easily offended for this kind of stuff to fly. Which is why Bethesda made the children in Skyrim immortal because people would get offended when a collection of pixels shaped like a child gets axed.

Andale, the White Gloves, Covenant, the Mannerites (Wasteland 2). It's always the ridiculously nice ones that end up cannibals or some other dark secret in the case of Covenant.

This is legit one of my favorite quests from New Vegas. I think it exemplifies the game's idea of 'many ways to skin a cat' theme. You can complete this quest so many different ways. It implements aspects of the Fallout world you can't see in game and history of the origins of the strip and the dark undercurrent of the wasteland. It's just fantastic.
The White Gloves are real humanitarians
I liked this quest. It had tension, mystery, slight sleuthing, fancy clothes, stuck-up characters who really pushes my buttons AND of course cannibalism. I usually send that other farmer away and then do the quest anyway. I don't think bringing pain to Gunderson would make anything change, that's why I don't go for killing him or his son.

Ox, after completing this quest you can tell mr House about the white glove's plot, and depending on the way of completion your news will be different. House has a great responce if you made the white gloves go back to being cannibals.

Hey I get ya, I’ve got chronic fatigue and so some days I want nothing more to just sit down and play some Fallout or Skyrim. Look I’m sorry if this is completely inappropriate and impertinent and I’m sure, just like the rest of us, you do as much as you can to find that energy. But if you’re not already, find time in the day to just go for a walk outside, even just reading in the garden really helps me and gives me that extra boost I need to get through the day. I find it a nice touch that the sign of the members-only section has the masks of tragedy and comedy in white with a black background, suggesting that it's all an act and that the White Gloves are... much less charming than they seem. Also that they wear masks to 'mask' their former selves.

My most memorable Fallout New Vegas experience was in the Ultra Luxe. It was late at night and I was going to see the investigator. The beautiful Flower duet from Lakmé was playing on the hotel speakers and suddenly these snazzy dressed guys with masks attack me with canes and blood is spraying everywhere. I felt like I was in a Stanley Kubrick movie. :D

The way you mix roleplay and not-roleplay is stupidly good.
Heck Gunderson explained his way of doing business better than he realized: "Land was easy to grab before the soldiers moved in." And it confirms what Walter said about him.
This quest has "it's complicated" written all over it. If you help Heck, you're helping a robber baron. If you kill him, the Strip loses an important source of food.

Game: You need 25 medicine or med x to poison the wine.
The player: has a 50 medicine but the game doesn't let him poison the wine
The first time I played this quest, it ended poorly. Incredibly poorly. I was literally running around in the centre casino of the Ultra-Lux, having failed the final step of the quest and accidentally made the entire casino hostile. So there were dozens of Society members, etc chasing me around in a grand circle as I was desperately unloading all of my ammunition and explosives on them in a grand maelstrom of death.
One thing not covered when talking to Mortimer the first time is the fact if you have the cannibal perk he will give you a "job". lol
This is the first time I’ve really started to anticipate the next episode. This was one of the quests I always had trouble with, either it glitching to hell or me just avoiding it because I didn’t know it too well
One of the few quests in New Vegas I have no taste for. Pun intended.

I think if Fallout wants to keep moving forward, they need to get back to this narrative based game. Fallout has gone to a “go here, shoot this” game and that is simply not Fallout.
a sauna uses either heated stones or heated metal bars with water poured on it at intervals(by hand or automated). a steam room has pipes that sprays out different levels of steam heat(ranging from warm to hot). also the swimming pool reminds me of Hersh Castle
This quest tho seriously kept me on the edge of my seat. So many choices and decisions that lead to different endings. What a cluster fuck of a quest. Damn cannibals..
New vegas is my favorite fallout and you make it so easy to enjoy all over again with a new perspective with your great story telling and role playing.

Oxhorn, you and you alone are the only reason I decided to ditch Fallout 4 and give New Vegas another try. The last play through I did with New Vegas was when I was a kid and as such was not capable of fully appreciating it for the amazing world that it is.
I’m so glad that I started watching your videos, otherwise I would never have returned to the Mohave, and for me personally it is so much better than Fallout 4 that I don’t know if I’ll ever go back. Keep doing what you’re doing, you really bring this universe to life even more so than it does on its own.

1 1 I actually had it easier in nv :p but it's more my kinda game since this one is more "we tell you the info" instead of Bethesda's way of "you read the story" since i have a lot of trouble reading xD

I always loved going on a rampage in the Ultra Lux, all the staff only carry those weak canes so if you bust down the door guns blazing the only one who can so any damage is Henderson’s guard and the couple people with the flame throwers.
