    Hey , What are your thoughts on eating or juicing fruit when you have cavities ?

    • @JuiceFeaster
      @JuiceFeaster  Před rokem +3

      Hello! Cavities aren’t a result of eating fruit over any other food type. It’s simply a matter of having good oral hygiene, oral microbiome health and nasal breathing. Here’s what I do: for juice, I advise drinking through a reusable straw as much as possible. I rinse with water after juice. Always rinse with water after eating.
      I always wait at least 1.5 hours to 2 hours to let the enamel re harden naturally before brushing. I advise coconut oil pulling first thing in the morning and right before bed. Flossing and brushing regularly in the morning and evening. With all of that in practice, I haven’t had any issues with my teeth. Great question! Thanks for asking!!!

      Hey! That’s awesome! I think it’s ok to freeze. There have been some studies done to show that nutrient & enzyme loss is pretty low. If I was freezing for myself, I probably wouldn’t freeze longer than 2 weeks to 30 days. I have personally had some juices delivered from Raw Cane Super Juice from Cali and they were delicious. They had just a little slushy ice left in them when they arrived and were perfect. Best of luck on your juice biz!

      I really appreciate that! I am getting the guts up to do a juice FEAST There are many schools on how to drink during the day, I really have not decided that...Some say to ONLY drink 8 ounces per hour (my possible option), some say to drink 32 ounces every 2 hours going from 8am - 5 pm (only covers an 8 hour span, I am going to need something to drink during the other hours I am awake, so I am NOT looking at this), some say to drink when you are thirsty ( I believe you get a hunger/water signal AFTER you needed food and it is too late as opposed to a steady steam of food to not feel hunger)..What do you prefer?
