    I had live blood analysis and I’m riddled with parasites. I’ve done an 11day water fast and several short juice feasts. I’ve fallen into a horrible sugar binge atm and I’m now set up to start a long JF. I know I’m being controlled by a monster. Well done brother xx

    Thank you for posting this. I am on day 1 of my third marathon juice feast and found your presentation motivating for me. I identify with most of your own experiences of juicing, other than the round worm saga.
    During my first 6 week juice feast, I lost all food cravings. I had had no parasitic infestation then, or at any time since. I believe that when the body's nutritional needs are met, cravings serve no purpose. Cravings occur because poor nutritional content in many poor quality foods we habitually consume leave us deficient in numerous nutrients.

      Nan L thanks Nan! I’m glad that you enjoyed it! That’s great you’re ready to level up on a juicer. The Breville is great, but you’re right, you’ll get better yield and nutrient extraction with a masticating style juicer. Now is a great time to get one as a lot of companies are having Mother’s Day sales. Tribest is running a sale on all of their juicers until the 14th. 20% off on everything! I use their green star every day and love it but all of their slow juicers are awesome! I have a link for it in the description box. If you use the code BESTMOM20 at you get the 20% off. That’s great! Appreciate you tuning in! A long juice fast is amazing for sure if you’re called to do one!
      For skin care, I get plenty of time in nature and avoid all soaps, cremes, lotions and potions. I only use Dr. Bronner’s natural soap bar and only use it under arms and the areas down under & my feet. Unless I’m really physically soiled with dirt or grime. 🤗
      I don’t use any soap on my face or a g other skin areas unless I’m covered in physical dirt or grime.
      A couple times a week I use exfoliating gloves in the shower over my entire body to get rid of dead skin. No soap. Feels amazing.
      Otherwise, I believe my good skin begins on the inside with fresh fruits, fresh juices greens & herbs & herbal teas. I avoid cooked food and other dehydrating things like caffeine too as much as possible. Consistency is key.
      Hope that helps explain what I do!

    Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your story! 🎉I just listened to this, and, oddly, feel like I have a lot in common as far as your journey prior to juice fasting. I just felt very unwell for a lot of years which drove me to become vegan. I did see some improvements, but then at the end of last year was DX with a breast tumor. I skipped conventional treatments and I’m now looking into raw food as a larger part of my diet and also researching about juice fasts/feasting. So many questions. Would you mind sharing, did you pass any mucoid plaque? I’ve read about others who do that and it just seems that clearing out that lining would open up such a path to better health, and also parasite elimination -which is so crazy like you shared! Did the juice feasting for that 105 days eliminate all of the health problems you had prior? Thank you so much for your great videos and hope to hear back on this.❤❤
    PS- you mentioned you did bloodwork afterwards. Were your iron levels good after the 105 days?

    • @JuiceFeaster
      @JuiceFeaster  Před 2 lety +2

      It’s certainly possible to lose some muscle during a juice feast. However it is entirely possible to gain muscle as well. Generally speaking, the goal during a juice feast is not to build, but to cleanse, eliminate waste and blockages and bring the body back to a position of health. Then carry the new found health into long-term healthy habits. This includes exercise, movement, body-weight or weight resistance training. By re-creating a position of health, the body will be better able to build lean tissue and muscle in the future. Thank you for your comment!

      Great question! Lens induced myopia takes some time to correct. At my peak, I was -6.75 diopters. I’ve been able to improve to -4.5 in 2 years. A problem that took many years to create also takes time to reverse. I started wearing glasses at 10 years of age. I fell prey to the cycle of a stronger prescription each year until I discovered that each new correction made the situation worse. At most, through good habits and reducing lens correction strength, I’m able to improve my prescription by 1 diopter per year. Anything faster than that is really biologically impossible. So in 3-5 years I should be back to 20/30 or 20/20 again.

      @@JuiceFeaster Ohh ok I understand. I’d personally recommend going on a water fast while taking herbs for all your elimination channels. Fruits are good for cleansing BUT herbs go much deep in and cleanses the cells. I would do that while consuming seamoss. Seamoss has 92-95 out of 102 minerals your body needs. Although I don’t think you need it because you have been juicing for so long. That’ll definitely speed it up for sure. And a water fast goes much deeper inside. Trust me.

      @@JuiceFeaster Yes or you can do your juices BUT take herbs. Look into doctor robert morse. John Rose even talks about him. He heals better than John Rose too imo although both are good. Morse speaks on consuming 100% fruits for healing while taking herbs. Morses websites has all the herbs you need. I’d buy his heal all tea which consists of 8 different herbs and his kidney tea which is also a mixture of 7-10 different herbs. It’s worth the price. You will notice a difference for sure.
