For your technical do you have to something specific for a color or is an all over color allowed?
You have to do at least a partial highlight
Would you recommend someone like me who just got out of cosmetology school to work at ulta…?
Yes! It’s a great place to learn and build a clientele. While you’re working there figure out what you want your specialty to be and really hone in on that. Only post the service(s) you want to specialize in and post as consistently as you can, the more the better.
How’s your Technical interview with ulta?
My interview specifically? I did a balayage highlight on really long hair it came out beautiful. They want you to do a color and cut
How much do they pay assistant stylists? and hair stylists
My store didn’t have assistants so I’m not sure about that but the stylists are paid commission. So it’s a percentage of your service sales
