since you are now the world's authority on Vitacci 150 EGR's ... there is a request .... a sketch of the parts and hoses
that make up the whole system. it would make it lots easier for the rest of us , who are smart , but slow and lazy ,
to more quickly find our way around the engine.

That "extra" hose is there so if you spill fuel on the top it runs out that little port, down the hose and onto the ground.
Now if you spill fuel in that top plastic piece it will run out the port and potentially down on to the hot engine which creates fun with fire.
tho what you are saying sounds right the plastic nub the hose connects to is solid and wouldn't allow anything to pass thru thus making your claim invalid

Did you find new bolts ?
Try taking off the belt cover. I have the exact moped and couldn't get it off. The rear foot peg is welded to the frame and doesn't allow it to clear the front pulley to come off.
It comes out .lift bike Remove rear spring bolt. Allows cvt to drop down.
I took a grinder with a cut blade and sawed that sucker off
So my back brake is stuck I don’t wanna brake it
I have the same exact scooter and have a few questions.
1.) Do you have a good site to order parts from for this model?
2.) There's a little black lever coming out of the head unit. Looks like a shorter brake lever that may lock something? What's that for?
3.)my whole head unit and handle bars started shaking and now my front tire wobbles really bad. The connecting bolt we have to put in during assembling is tight. Any ideas as to why the whole handle unit is loose? Does it have anything to do with that black lever?
4.) Do you know the size of the bolts for the air cleaner housing? Seems to have a built in spacer on them.
5.) Any idea where I can order factory exhaust shield?
6.) Any way to turn up the radio even more? You can barely hear it when driving.
I too would like to know a good site for ordering Vitacci Sparks 150 scooter. I need another muffler. Very hard to find. That leaver is a Parking Brake. You squeeze the lever then pull it upwards until it catches. You have to squeeze hard until it catchez/holds. Mine does not stop it from rolling too well.
Did you install the thick U-shaped washer, facing toward the handlebar, on the bolt and then run the bolt through the hole and attach the nut on the back side?
Stines hardware store has a large selection of metric bolts, washers and nuts. They have a chart with different size holes to test the size (thread and pitch) of the bolt.
No other way to turn up the volume. The speaker has the amp inside.
@GeorgeRoberts it eneded up being the nut did loosing up a bit. A tiny bit little thread lock did the trick.
One is probably a collector for debris. You can take the cao off n clean it out ?!?!

Have you checked the mph with GPS? Mine is off by about 20%. 50 on the speedo is closer to 40
Yeah same, if the meter says 50 mph your going 40mph on GPS

The mirrors come with the scooter as well as a trunk.

@@lisadeegee127 you ever play that game when you were little where you put the different shapes in the different shaped holes. It's like that but with only one shade. Round. Just set the box on top and they will line up
