I've really been enjoying your content lately! I've been subscribed since your early videos and It seems like you've really become more comfortable in front of the camera! Your personality is shining through now🤗 I know this happens with most CZcamsrs, but I don't always start watching at the beginning of their journey. It's so cool to watch that happen over time!💚

      Aw thank you!! 🥺🥺
Sometimes I still get shy I think it’s just my personality but I feel more comfortable filming. Still trying to get used to the new camera too 🙈 I really appreciate you and I can’t believe you have watched from the beginning!! Thank you 🥺🥰🥰

Another learning experience and a unique way to appreciate a plant, like it a lot and you did a good job making the mount. I agree that fishing line would be a good choice. Another suggestion would be to use a live edge board to do this. I’ve been traveling through Alaska the last 2 weeks and have been observing the flora here like I do wherever I travel. Seen some beautiful trees that I’ve never seen before and that is always fun. Included are immense Sitka spruces over 10’ in diameter and some incredible, convoluted cedars that originate from the Himalayan Mountains. Staghorn fern is a new plant for me so thanks for the introduction.

Thank you so much! That would be a great option too most definitely! It’s doing really well so far and love that I made it haha. I feel like I want to do another one 🙈😂

I just received a stag fern as a gift......this is all new to me!!! Question: Would a stag horn fern be able to exist on a moss pole?

Thanks for the tips, Melissa. 🎉 I might have used the little loops you used for the hanging for the thick wire. But hey,it came out well and I saw a broth reel and the plant looks great. I used an onion net bag to mount mine yet had no sphagnum moss. Going to redo from your instructions. Also, mine was a gift from a neighbor and was not in a pot. Thanks again. ✨🌱🌞

I've been wanting to do this, but I just don't have a good place to mount it in my house. :( I'd have to provide it with some supplemental light I think. Plant wall art is just so lovely! I think you did a great job!

Hi same here I am not sure if it would help to put it in a shadow spot in the flat but I really like how it looks - but I think I would prefer some piece of wood from a tree

I bought two staghorn ferns at Lowe’s, a young plant and an older plant with shields a few months ago. The youngest one wasn’t a success, it started dropping its leaves so I unmounted it and repotted it, but I found out that the roots were wrapped in a black mesh and most of the roots were not in good health, still repotted it and hopefully it revives.

You did a great job! I think I would consider painting the screws brown. It will grow and hide the screws with time anyway.

A few days after you posted the video where you found these staghorn ferns, I found them as well at my local lowes. I bought 4 & I even found a large one on clearance which I also bought lol. I plan on displaying them on a pegboard from Ikea.
