What's the Best Home Meat Grinder? LEM #8 grinder - unboxing & honest review - First Use!

Time to upgrade my old tired meat grinder! So I looked high and low, in Amazon, in the local farm store, on Ebay. On Google.
What did I find? Decision overload! TMO!
I found expensive, name brand grinders made for professional use. (or at least priced for professional users).
I found cheap, un-named grinders from China with lousy descriptions and no mention as to their actual size and capacity. But they were cheap!
then, finally, I found the LEM #8 home grinder.
(cue the angels singing)
Priced right. easy to find web presence. local retailers. Good warranty...
But how does it work?
