As a yoga teacher for over 12 years I find these videos so useful. For the past few years I've been bringing functional movement to my practice and my classes and it has made such a difference. Thank you.
Novice here. I wonder what is so different in these movements than in yoga, that you felt you were missing out and that could radically change your yoga results. I thought most forms of yoga are pretty complete, but I know only Ashtanga the most about.
This has helped me so much to regain my mobility and strength afters years of consecutive injuries. Thank you.

In the deep kneeling position I can't bend my knee fully, what shall I do ? It is only on one knee. And I think it is a reasult of an injure I had a few years ago. And also I can't bend my toe completelly what should I do. If I do this I feel a little pain.
I can do this all day long in the sun. Sensational

Sivan Shabi : Yoga has religious tones. Movnat is not religiously specific. That helps for us Christians
I enjoy the movements of Yoga. But my Christian upbringing hampered my desire to move in prayer fashions. Movnat gives an outlet that we “faithful” can add movement to our own meditations and prayers. So as to not practice another’s faith. I’ve been searching for aspects of “movement”. Not Philosophy
