Yes, PA-6 GF30 is a version of nylon that is used in professional power tools. It's a glass filled plastic that doesn't crack from shocks. It still shaves and scratches though.

Awesome! I wish I could get them for the S18 but it seems like they've been sold out for a year or more... I can generally see the strife around that region, but I don't see exactly why any of it would prevent printing and shipping pedals. I guess I'll probably get some metal ones and wait, but I would love if the maker had a note on Hulaj or something to say why they don't have their own stock available. I imagine most people would just give up on it if they don't know what's holding it up.
If you leave these footplates for yourself and if you’ll want to ride on them in the future it will be the best opinion for them. As for me, I've used these footplaces over 500 km and I don't want to leave them
Might have to get me a pair of those. Do any of the set screws stick out where the speakers are? I can see accidental damage happening if they do. Also, do you know what's the dihedral angle on them? They do seem relatively flat.

how do You think - where suspension on bumps will be better ? on Msuper + Nylonove footplates or in standard Monster. And why?

They look nice :-) but about same price 150€ as the hex aluminium foot plates and a lot thicker (less clearance) so you're right they should make angled vesion.
How is the wear at the small contact points, like the suppport on the pedal mount (very high pressure point).
Shaft point wear should be fine if diameter fits well to the pins but if hole is too big there will be a pressure point.

В общем, форма педали HexTech является приближённой копией педалей KS18XL, потому как Яромир сделал это во время езды на XL. Форма отверстий также не является ноу-хау - эти шестиугольники очень широко используются в промышленности, и студенты инженерных факультетов изучают эти гексы в программе вузов. В третьих, форма педали, используемая в фильме, является модифицированной формой педалей Z10, именно модифицированной. Лично я работал с Павлом и @Luk Eucpl над этой формой, и мы немного ее изменили. Не скрою, что HexTech дал нам вдохновение. Да Адаму стоило вспомнить о HexTech потому, что если бы не Яромир я бы даже не заинтересовался темой. Но думаю Адаму просто Павел который их сделал дал педали на тест потому как я посоветовал это сделать. О том, что Яромир является автором HexTech Адам точно не знает. Многие кто ездят в Польше на M Супер знают о существовании HexTech из интернета а также от меня так как я очень был заинтересован покупкой HexTech и изучал этот вопрос. Но реально у никого их не было и никто в руках их не держал. Думаю через несколько недель написать пост о NyloNove в FB и я конечно обязательно напишу, что первым человеком который разработал кастомные педали был Яромир. Ноу-хау же тут не форма педали Z10 а материал из чего они сделаны - это нейлон. Они весят 309 грамм штука. Очень хороший и качественный материал - из него делают движущиеся детали промышленных механизмов. И нейлон поглощает небольшие вибрации, чтобы нога не устала, как на жестких алюминиевых педалях. Поэтому сравнивать с HexTech и писать «копия HexTech» - это не так. Эти педали просто разные - это шаг вперед. Мы рады, что кастом направления развиваются в EUC так как это все для нас. Комментарий написан с уважением к Яромиру. Я действительно считаю НexTech хорошим качественным продуктом. Теперь мы просто можем выбрать и нам сравнивать их уже в деле

really nice Wrong Way! thank you for sharing with the community! i would recommend to use blue locktight on any screws on euc especialy the pedals screws are the worse!
Don't use locktight on "any" screws. If these screws are inside plastic shell, the shell would degrade and break soon, as if it was in contact with strong acid
They should do the EUC shell in that material 💪
They really should. From looking at it, this shell is probably polypropylene, which is the same as luggage. Nylon filled with glass is the material typically used for shells in power tools, gardening tools etc. It doesn't crack under shock.
Do you have an issue with footplate axles bending on any of your EUCs? I already bent 2 pairs of axles on my V10 to the point of not being able to remove the footplates.
I broka a v10 footplate :D in GW i did not have that issue
Reolace the shaft with a high quality stainless shaft, might help. If you cant remove it, cut it and tap it out.
If there is a lot of space between pedal hanger and foot plate, thats where the axis normally bends. Can help to insert bushings to make a tighter fit to the shaft (pedal + hanger) but pedals are very hard to drill for bushings due to space. Hanger should be easy though and reduce wear (+ bushing is intrchangable)

Nope, I’m hoping you’re joking but in case you’re not, very few even weight half that and they’re not euc riders, but there are a lot of people that weigh 100-150kg and dropping off an 18 inch (460mm) kerb at speed will multiply that force several times, and then you have to design in a safety margin.

A copy of hextech? I think this pedals have been patented in Russia and nylonove will have some problems after this video

Hexagon holes are widely used in industry. These holes are not a hextech invention. More expensive material used in NyloNove than in HexTech. NyloNove are half the weight of HexTech.

Форма отверстий это тоже не открытие - эти гексы используются очень широко в промышленности а почему учат в инженерных вузах. Второе - использованная в NyloNove этих которые на фильме форма это доработанная форма педалей зла. Я лично с Павлом и LucEUCpl мы работали над этой формой и немного ее изменили. HexTech дали нам только инспирацию. Но ключ к уникальности это очень хороший материал - он дороже алюминия и эти педали легче они весят 309 грамм штука эта конкретная педаль. И они дают амортизацию от мелких вибраций. Так что сравнивать з HexTech и писать «копия» не корректно с Вашей стороны. Это другое. Вы должны радоваться, что развиваются кастомные направления в EUC
This is simply not true. Different material, different form. They have not much in common apart from hexagonal holes.
@@razdwa8451 я рад что направление развивается, просто считаю нужным хотя бы упомянуть "источник вдохновения". То что там не только шестиугольники, то что они расположены точно также как в хексах, то что эти педали не копия педалей хл, а ближе к педалям Яромира для Z10 - много чего можно добавить. Не надо лукавить что это полностью самостоятельная независимая разработка
