EXACTLY what I've been been telling some folks... we just need to see more report and experience with him on the field. What I like to see is as a side test... Trajan/Mulan or Aethel + Honda Tomy need to see how well they pair up in a murder ball vs Trajan/Mulan or Aethel + Arty/Tomy
I've used Honda-Khan (as a low spend player) and while not the best pairing it does pack a punch and reduce helps reduce the rage requirement for Honda.
I think him n Richard are really good together. He’s probably the only guy that will help Richard after season 2. Richard does 15% deduction plus his 5 so it’s 20% plus the attack boost Honda brings while Richard bring the tank 15% defense i have Honda at 5511 right now Richard expertise n they do good together

Chis I have Guan Alex and Charles expertised, leonidas 5511. What should my next commander be? Harald to pair with Alex or something else? Also, do you think constantine 5511 with leonidas 5511 could work?
I’m disappointed that the spring update doesn’t have a chest rework, silver keys have no use except for speedups, gold keys are only good for stars and the commanders you can get from them you rarely pull, and they’re no even good. Crystal keys don’t even give good gear. If we could pull everything out of those chest so all of the commanders, and all of the patterns. And give us the odds of the daily special offers and then buff the DSO.
Budget March ideas with a 5551 Honda: Aethelflaed/Honda Sun Tsu/Honda Guy in my alliance is f2p and just really likes Honda. Been running Sun Tsu with Honda and wrecking. Kinda funny to see. Once I max Trajan I will definitely be spinning Honda. Thanks for the video!
I think this is a common misconception about leadership commanders - they're best paired with a high skill damage commander rather than with each other.

He’s only used as a filler match in your ball provides no support aside from aoe. IMO he’s overrated and a match for whales who can take high hospital bills
This is why there's pairing. You can go all strong attack or defense or support. That's why we watch these videos to find a good combination. I like to fight in canyon daily. Switching a lot of combination to figure out for the best to reduce my hospital bill.
If its in sunset canyon sometimes people will put 1 siege unit to slow down the march. Of course if the commander requires only one troop type this wont work. I dont have Guan so I dont know if thats the case or not for him.
Get creative folks .Try honda with Leo secondary ,only infantry . Still gains skill damage for every 8% troops lost . Leo gets march speed , Honda gets speed of rage gained 15% 😜

The problem with not having mixed troops is that you don't get the full 60% skill dmg boost until you're 4% health, right?
How do you thing about Honda-YSS with 2 unit troops mixed (infa70%-arher30%)? surely slow, but how about the defense and damage?
It's all about the equipment... You can easily make the revival set with leadership talents for Honda/Tommy, but that's about it.

the 4th skill does not care about entering or leaving combat, i have reports with honda where he enters combat with 55% skill dmg boost
or what about honda leonidas (ultimate low atk boost)? maybe even honda nebu (rage reduction)
