Just so people aren’t confused - Honda is a good commander, but there are GREAT commanders that should undeniably be your priority, not a commander that is a slight upgrade to mehmed. For example: Nevsky, Joan P, Boudica P, Scipio P, Zhuge, future cavs) The cost of expertising Honda outweighs the benefit you will get - UNLESS you have a ton of sculptures and every single meta march expertised AND enough gold heads for the next cavs as well.

I used Honda with Scipio last KVK and it was easily my best march (best trades). I plan on trying Zhuge with Honda this KVK because I don't want to split up Boudica/Art. Honda's only worth it if you have the sculptures to spare. He shouldn't be anyone's priority but he's still very good.
Very true. Honda is a luxury commander - not a priority commander to focus on. If you have literally every meta march completed, then you could consider Honda.

That’s what I like to tailor my videos toward because it’s what I know best. I’m not a whale or big spender, therefore I’m better at attributing videos toward smaller spenders and F2P!

Honda is a great commander but it's not a high priority commander.
Once you have your Nevsky, Joan, Scipio,Boudica,Sargon, Zhuge done, then you get into the realm of being able to consider Honda and other similar quality commanders.
To be very clear, Honda is an excellent secondary commander behind just about any top tier commander and his 20% march speed is amazing, but he's just not essential for any pairing.
Mehmed is also very good, but the size of the aoe, the slow, and 20% march speed puts the Honda over the top.

2. sip/ysg
3. xy/william
4. Joan/Nev

Guan Sargon is a great pairing! Tariq is also decent in the open field. You could also pair scipio with mehmed instead of ysg. That would be much better.
@@gainzgaming1 ok. I will expertise Sargon. I will also experiment with mehemed with sip. I will do some tests with sip ysg (in a five march swarm), and do some tests with sip mehemed in a five march swarm. I have to tell you though, my mehemed is absolute trash, unmaxed, at 5534, not expertied yet. I have 170 gold key, waiting for the last week of lucerne to open.
@gainzgaming1 I used both but couse of the aoe ysg gets 2x more kills
@@ultimatess6368 that is my contention: that mehemed has basically no fan, making him aoe only on paper. In reality, he is single target, effectively.
Mehemed brings more health, but sipio does not get targeted, so ysg does well, and kills more. And also, we are not wasting ysg's relic. Yes, it isn't used, but it doesn't need to be used.
There is much else that is synergestic: Sip blasts health debuff aoe, ysg hits those with nice skill. Reciprocally, ysg gives 50% skil dmg bonus, and 100 rage to scip.
sip/ysg is very nice paring even late into the late game. I got 900m kp in kvk, but I know that I left a lot of kp on the table. I plan for 1.5b kp next time I get a chance, in a good kvk--with sip/ysg etc.

I never put a dime in Honda. Only got him because of my free spins on the wheel over time. Based of this video glad I did so. Still enjoy my Mehmed

Shall I max Honda after maximum Boudica & Zhuge Liang (Yi Max already, Zhuge Liang 5554 & Boudica 5511)
If you have scipio, nevsky, Joan, HQ, Boudica and ZL maxed then that could be an option
ZL, Boudica, Nevsky, Joan and Scipio are Tier 1 priority comms
I will say in tier 2 priority comms, there will be Honda, XY, Guan, Nebu, Henry and maybe William
In this tier 2 list, Honda is in my opinion the first one that you want to expertise on this list. Why? Because he bumps up ANY commander on this list to make a META march.
You got squishy commanders like XY, Nebu, Guan? Pair them with Honda you there you have it closer to the meta. You get DMG, TANKINESS, speed and debuffs all from him. Mehmed is decent, but doesn’t get close to the meta as honda can
Apart of all that, due to his kit numbers, Honda is the one in that tier 2 list with the most longevity in the game
Perfectly said. Out of the commanders in tier 2, William and Honda are the only two I’d even consider investing in right now. Of course after every commander in tier 1 is finished.
