The problem with the US is that they go to the World Cup and play a different sport, they play Soccer while the rest of the world plays Football.
Haha underrated comment! 😂
Facts 😆
Don't Canada and Australia also call it soccer?
@@cherrycolareal it depends they call it both America is the only country that persistently calls it Soccer
@@Pneut the Australian men's team is literally nicknamed the "socceroos".
As a South American, I hope this can help somebody from US that doesn't understand football. When I got into baseball during the Tokyo Olympics, I had to watch countless games without understanding nothing before having a grasp on the game. Now I'm an avid follower of the MLB season. Great video :)
Thanks so much! That’s the hope that it lowers the barrier for some new fans!!
Justin you only wish USA would win
It's cute you placed the US as ending on top of their group with England in 2nd place lol. What's incredible is that England ended up with 7 points and the US with 5, same numbers you used but swapped. You were right about them being the two to go through, but that was fairly easily predictable.
As someone who knew how all this worked, I found your guide to be very nicely done and easily understandable for all the newbies out there. Tomorrow we'll know the last 4 to advance to the Round of 16 and it will be an interesting one! Can't believe teams like Belgium, Germany and Denmark are going home though.
P.S. Given the increase from 32 to 48 teams in 2026, Italy should have a higher change to qualify, though there will be more games to play :P
Thanks for checking it out! Yeah lots of chances for teams that missed out with the expansion next time! Would have loved to see Egypt in this year to see salah!
@@JustinLearnsThings Yeah, I thought the same, that's such another great team and Mohammed Salah is amazing! 🇪🇬
Triggered bri'ish person🤣
Thank you so much for this detailed video ❤️❤️
Thank you for watching!
Thank you so much for this video, you made it so easy and clear!!!
Thank you! Glad it helped! Definitely isn't super clear for people that aren't familiar with the format!
A very well made and explained video. Couldn't have found anything better than this on the internet. Thank you
Thanks so much for checking it out! 🙌
Very nice explanation. But maybe next time you could explain on tiebreakers cuz sometimes the points on each time they performed can be the same. And some ppl may need more explanation on that as they may be confused
Thank you for a very great explanation will share this video with my family and friends 👍👍👍👍👍👍⚽⚽⚽⚽❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed it!🙌
I can’t wait to see a world baseball classic video. Also can’t wait for how every team got their logo
That's a good idea for the world baseball classic. Definitely working on the the logo video!
Imagine a american watching this 💀
lol don't have to imagine!
High I'm an American, this is my 3rd World Cup lol
VAMOS ARGENTINA, MI PAIS MI PAIS
Great video btw
Was super happy to see Argentina win! Thank you for watching!
Would you make a video on how leagues work?
Yeah definitely! On the list! 🙌
I was so confused seeing the US advance haha
Haha tried to manifest it… wasn’t meant to be!
I really wanna see Argentina vs Portugal
That'd be a good match!
@@JustinLearnsThings I personaly want Portugal to win
That'd be quite the high note for Ronaldo. I also love watching Joao Felix play... bummed that Diogo Jota didn't make the call!
Do a video on the names of the Liga MX
I’ll put it on the list! Thanks for the suggestion!
@@JustinLearnsThings thanks! I only really watch liga MX and some national teams, a video listing the team name origins in your video style would be so cool since US & MX teams play together from time to time, keep up the great videos 🇺🇸🫶🏼🇲🇽
@@ComradeFer For Sure! Thanks for watching!
Can you premier league/bundesliga/ la liga/ serie a and ligue 1
Definitely in the plans! Lots to consider with Pro/Rel and what teams to include... Might end up doing a mega video about the whole FA.
Thank you learnsThings
New video? Thanks!
Hope you enjoyed it!
Bro your predictions for the USA were almost 100%
I know!! So close! Just needed to get a goal in that second half v wales! Hoping to see a deep run!
@@JustinLearnsThings same but if USA beats the Netherlands some how than they might have to go against Argentina and last run Messi so I hope but idk😭
@@samonsta2715 Unfortunately it looks like my predictions have come to an end!😢
@@JustinLearnsThings 😭😭😭
Thank you. USA has advanced!
Thanks for watching! SO stoked! can't wait for saturday!
God, imagine USA winning now after this vid. One can wish lmao
Haha just putting it out into the universe! 😂
FIFA says "Nope, update it, why not"
The animation with the player with the rope around his neck... that REALLY triggered me. 😢
Go soccer team USA
Let's go!!
FIFA Lore:
funny America wo the wc , that is sooo not tru XD
One can hope 🥲 haha
So, this is weird. If you bring out this video at this time, you have to at least mention the controversy. even if you don't intend to talk about it at all, this has to be mentioned otherwise you will, and pretty deservingly so, get shit about it.
Golden Gate FC is a pretty good name
It’s phenomenal how you didn’t put any Arabic country on your qualified teams
Even if your video was made before the World Cup, but since it’s for education, it’s a bad thing
