In my country there is also no speed limit like you can change lanes whenever you want you can overtake anyone you can drive slow you can drive fast and if you pass a signal without stopping there is also no problem there is only a issue when there is traffic
    Police which is rarely seen

Heh. I can't speak for the entire Poland, but in Upper Silesia (Oberschlesien in German) where I live, except for one person I have never heard anything bad being said in real life about current Germany... But even that one person during the course of the last twenty years went from "They all have evil in their genome, that's why WWII had happened" to "They speak too loud... But not as loud as Italians". Believe me or not, she is even planning to visit you the next year.
      "Just to see Nefertiti", hah.
In other words, you are so amazing right now, that you have changed someone's heart ❤️! And trust me, it is a very stubborn heart.
However, please keep in mind, that due to it's history Upper Silesia have pretty strong cultural ties with Germany, so things may look different in other parts of my country ... But to be honest, Poland in general has strong ties with you. Don't let the language difference fool you, we are basically your Slavic cousins.
If anybody have any further questions, I would love to answer 🙂

Lower Saxony being north of Saxony follows the same logic as the four way split reagions of the Allgäu mostly in Bavaria with East- and West- and then Under- and Over- allgäu.
The logic is quite literal: which is higher up. Being further north is farther away from the Alps and closer to the sea.
