The stuff about the Mt. Everest hikers really got to me I think the idea of being left alone up there and knowing you're going to die and no one can help you is so utterly terrifying all you can do is suffer with your own thoughts knowing you're going to die. Also it's not that they keep the bodies 'on display' per se they're left there because it would be incredibly difficult to bring a frozen body back down the mountain. It's hard as it is to climb up yourself but imagine trying to carry 100+ pounds of a person down the mountain.

ive been there its fucking scary, i kept thinking something was behind me and had the urge to run like the guy with the camera, the catacombs mess with your head man.
I've been down there as well, all by myself. It is a weird feeling since you're basically between thousands of human skeletons as a tourist attraction, but other than that I didn't feel uncomfortable even though I'm not very good at dealing with cramped confines.

idk if i believe that urban legend with the catacomb story. i wanna watch the video but i'd think it's fake and staged lol. i also believe the nursery rhyme, ring around the rosie, i remember learning about the black plague. another nursery rhyme "jack and jill" is about Queen Mary 1 of England
I am also skeptical of that one, but even as a setup, very well executed!
About the catacombs, they're not full of just corpses but indeed there are some (you can visit them legally or illegally, my friend goes oftently we I live in paris)
There are plenty of people visiting there and sometimes you happen to find skulls but they exist :)
The catacombs are certainly real and are filled with dead bodies some in very odd positions that are terrifying. As for the running it was probably just psychological. The echo gave the illusion of something running after him as to why he would turn back to that sound and drop his camera idk. But it could be staged, regardless the catacombs are the gateway to hell.
