I Turned My Floor Tom Into A Bass Drum!

Using the Pearl Jungle Kit conversion kit, I converted a standard 16" Floor Tom into a 16" Bass Drum. I used an Evans Uv Emad Floor Tom head on the batter side to help me achieve the sound I was after.
Set up:
10" Paiste Pstx Swiss Hats
10" Pearl M80 (ShortFuse) Snare Drum
16" Pearl Session Studio Select Floor Tom

Great video man! I was thinking about do the same, but you know if the pearl jungle kit work well with die cast hoop? Some people say that it only works with dynahoops

You'll just need an optimount instead of the Iss mount. The iss mount only works on triple flanged hoops. That said, the super hoops on the STS kit ended up being to big after I posted this. I bought a Midtown instead. Lol
