None of these worked. I haven't blocked any of my friends of family on Facebook pr messenger. Some of my family can't message me even thought I haven't blocked them. On their messenger app it says I'm unavailable to send message to. Any idea as to why?
In this case follow these steps :
1. Open your Messenger app
2. From Chats, tap your profile picture in the top left
3. From the menu, tap on Privacy option
4. Tap Message Delivery
5. Tap on the people you want to control messages for
6. Select where to deliver their messages or tap Don’t receive requests to stop receiving their messages

@@chuemeemoua9481 It’s because youre using an IOS, all the android devices cant send you messages . The only way to resolved this is to ask them to press your message on inbox then click Archieve. Next ask them to find your message from their Archieve messages then try to reply/send a message to you. Then it will resolved afterwards. But yah, its a bit hassle. The only way to inform them is to post on your FB about these instructions especially for your Friends whos using Android.

A lot of my friends and family aren't able to return my messages because it says "this person is unavailable". I have not blocked anyone recently and my account is not deactivated. So frustrating
