I ran a roller cammed 350 Chevy in my XK 120 Fixed Head Coupe for 15 years. It was very fast and reliable. The XK 120 coupe was the great grandfather of the XJC. Nice to see the formula working in another beautiful Jaguar Coupe.

Pretty cool! I love seeing unusual cars at the track!
Thst looked to be a 1997-1998 Integra Type R, not the RS model. Could've been a clone though. Some people use the RS model since it, too, doesn't have a factory sunroof.

Love seeing a xjc on the track would like to see more information on what you have done to the car ..... Have a xj12c lumped with a L4 that I have way to much money and time invested in .... my biggest challenges were upgrading the chassis .... they will crack when you start adding the horsepower and lower chassis rigidity.

Search for XJC 2015 and 2017 project on Jaguar forums, I detailed many of the chassis upgrades there.

I thought xjc’s only came in series 2 models. Also what’s the engine mods. Seems to run pretty hard.

No, it has an LS swap now. The engine is going in a C4 Corvette with a slightly bigger cam and headers.

Shame it is no longer really a Jag with that engine in it. A V12 taken out to Lister or Broadspeed specs would be a better engine option.

Not a shame, it's lighter faster and more reliable. Do what you wish with your Coupe, I'll do what I wish with mine and there NO shame in any of that.

Bottom line, I'm out there doing it, where are you on track vid's with your V12 powered car?
BTW I've done that too and did also built a V12 6 speed XJS with a T56 magnum. You can see it in my other vids. You need a NASA sized budget and time frame to get one of these V12's to 400HP. Life is short and my Coup is now LS powered and getting close to 600HP.

@@icsamerica You haven’t looked on my vids then have you.. My jag was not far off it and I hadn’t even fitted the polished and ported heads to it either! And it didn’t cost me thousands to get to that stage. You stick with your pretend jag and I’ll stick with my proper jags…
