- Hey everyone!
I hope you love these mini chocolate cupcakes. I love mini cupcakes because they're just so darn cute and I feel like I can eat a lot of them and still convince myself that I didn't have that much. 🤣
These are really moist and they're made from scratch. They're also great for parties and get-togethers.

What is the dia bottom of cupcake liner? ❤
There’s nothing in the bottom. Although I may have just sprayed the liners with nonstick cooking spray.

Do you have to add water?
Yes. If you don’t add all of the ingredients, it will throw off the baking ratios and not come out the best that it can.
