He doesn’t like talking, but loves singing... Maybe he just doesn’t like talking.
Sergei is like one of the most menacing characters in Tekken series the fact he isnt speaking its nothing wrong with that it makes him more unique and distinct amongst the roster

Fun Fact: Although he doesn't speak, he can. He just chooses not to. Which makes him all the more menacing
Rest in peace to his voice actor. He is one of the reasons I love this character as much as I do.
The voice actor also participated in Soul Eater and Blue Exorcist.

@@RekkabitesThirteen Tekken call him the Reaper In white I always call him two things "Singing Reaper" and "The agulate" his grabs and throw are phenomenal it can change any situation a Decisive battle...also the way you can Improv on the fly to cope with situation makes him second to Feng in versatility battles

My very main. I can very much use him with my eyes closed and make any opponent unable to stand. His attacks are mainly high in damage so you end the fight quickly using him.

Dragunov can speak but he just chooses not to speak. Maybe some day we will learn why, but for now it's just part of what makes him unique from the rest :)

How the F did he capture Devil jin
Dragunov failed his mission to get devil jin but he did defeated raven. Their interaction is canon but the fighter with devil jin and ending in tekken 5 dr is not canon
His ending in tekken 6 and 7 are not canon they are just what if...
He’s got like 7 voice lines and one of them is just roasting Raven

in the past when he was announced in 2015 (?) many people (me too) were thinking that it was him (his reveal trailer had him beating dragunov lol), until we saw the *actual* lore, i completley gave up here and dont even consider this to be canon or really anything (it isnt anyway so)
namco bothers to make a cliffhanger of a ending that isnt even canon and not even possibly and never touches that thing ever again, its forgotten and not important anymore, i dont know what else to say
