Shopping List:
Crab Cake Eggrolls:
1/2 lb lump crab meat (you can use claw meat if you're on a budget!)
1-2 stalks celery
1/2 onion
2 tbsp butter
Eggroll Wrappers (Found in the produce section)
1/4-1/2 cup mayo
worcestershire sauce (2-3 dashes)
hot sauce (2-3 dashes)
white sugar (1 pinch)
dijon mustard (1 tbsp)
old bay seasoning - to taste
bread crumbs 1/2 - 1 cup (as needed to bind)
Oil for Frying
Cheesesteak Eggrolls:
1 package eggroll wrappers
12 oz thick cut provolone cheese slices
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
1 lb shaved steak
1 egg (egg wash)
vegetable or peanut oil for deep frying
salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic
Aioli:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp pickle juice (can use ACV as a substitute)
2-3 tbsp ketchup (use this to balance the heat from sriracha and to add color)

Instead of egg roll wrappers, I use vietnamese spring rolls wrappers...they're bigger and you could put more filling and they are thin and crispy after cooking ❤
