  • Hey guys, it's great to be back! I've just wrapped up a 14-day adventure in Collingwood, exploring the forests in search of wildlife. This video captures all the best moments along the way. In nature, no encounter is guaranteed, teaching me to always keep an open mind. After all, surprises could be waiting around any bend. From Pileated Woodpeckers and owls to hawks and coyotes, the forest is bustling with life. Join me as we discover some of the many creatures that call it home.

Good job. You did the correct thing by staying with the screech owls. Whenever you find any owl you should stay with the subject.

  • @LetsGoOutdoors

Just discovered your channel Curtis, great stuff! Cheers from Alberta.

  • @vandamner

Truly great screech moment. At first I thought was it a yawn? Do owls yawn? Then it dropped the waste. So cool. Thanks for what you do.

  • @Wildlifevideopicture

  • @CreatedByGwen

You could not script that any better 😆 I really loved watching you explore this winter wonderland, so amazing just how much is out there waiting for you to find when you least expect it. It's so different to what we have here 🦘 I really do enjoy watching your adventures.

  • @liveadventureexplore

That was some awsome owl footage!

The owl using its wing to help it out of the cavity was so cool to see! Great video - Ben

Finally! Been looking forward to enjoy some new content from you.

  • @outdoorztime2923

Very nice captures! Did the Screech Owl get anyone else out there to yawn, as it did me? Then came the up-chuck, ew. My wife has that same setup as you, Mr. Curtis. Gotta love the Sony!

As a former deer hunter, I have found that deer are better found by being still and letting them come to you. Great video!

  • @andreanefraser9322

Awesome stuff! I swear I have spent more time looking up in the trees this winter than looking where I am going when I am in the bush... no owls so far though. No deer either ;-)
