맛있는 연유 크림을 넣어 돌돌말은 폭신한 롤케이크를 만들었어요~
시트를 말기 전 연유를 살짝 바르고 말아서 더 촉촉하고 연유 맛도 더 많이 나서 훨씬 풍미가 좋더라구요~
시트가 정말 폭신하고 부드러워 롤로 말기에도 좋고 입안에서 사르르 녹는 느낌도 정말 좋았어요~
윗면의 구움색도 예쁘게 나오고 매끈하게 갈라지지 않고 잘 말아지더라구요~
심플하지만 정말 맛있어서 자꾸만 먹게 되는 롤케이크랍니다~

▶틀 사이즈 Mold size : 37.5cm x 25.4cm
▶재료
달걀노른자 5개
설탕 30g
소금 1g
바닐라익스트랙 5g
식물성 오일 40g
우유 60g
박력분 85g
베이킹파우더 2g
달걀흰자 5개
설탕 80g
생크림 100g
연유 30g
▶레시피
1. 달걀노른자에 설탕, 소금을 넣고 섞은 뒤 바닐라익스트랙과 식물성 오일을 넣고 섞는다.
2. 우유를 넣고 섞은 뒤 박력분, 베이킹 파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다.
3. 달걀흰자를 휘핑하다가 큰 거품이 올라오면 설탕을 3번에 나눠 넣고 휘핑해 부드럽게 뿔이 서는 머랭을 만든다.
4. 노른자 반죽에 머랭을 나눠 넣고 섞은 뒤 틀에 붓고 평평히 하고 170도 예열한 오븐에서 25~27분 정도 굽고 테프론 시트를 떼어내고 식힌다.
5. 생크림에 연유를 넣고 휘핑해 크림을 만든다.
6. 시트의 긴 옆면을 잘라내고 짧은 옆면은 비스듬히 자르고 한 쪽에는 칼집을 낸다.
7. 시트에 연유를 바르고 크림을 올려 평평히 바르고 말기 시작할 부분에는 크림을 살짝 더 도톰하게 올린다.
8. 돌돌말아 냉장실에서 1시간 정도 굳힌다.

85g Cake flour
2g Baking powder
5 Egg whites
80g Sugar
100g Heavy cream
30g Condensed milk

Note to anyone who makes this: if you’re using a small pan like a 8x8 square pan, be sure to roll it whiles it’s hot. I tried to make a roll cake one time and the cake was very small so when it cooled down the whole cake crumbled! Especially if the cake is very thick.

@@jennifersoto698 Yes I just made it today. It tastes so good, not eggy at all. Not too sweet, not bland at all. I was missing parchment paper so when I rolled it or tried to roll it it totally cracked but it was completely my fault. Not the recipe's, no issue with it at all. So fluffy ☺

Amateur baker from UK... Made this today and it turned out really good. The sponge is light and soft and just melts in your mouth. It did crack a little bit when I rolled it out but nothing that will keep me awake at night. 10/10 from me!

I love the idea of the condensed milk cream especially if you always have a problem with somehow runny cream, the condensed milk helps in making it thicker!

오늘 만들어 먹었는데 와 진짜 맛있었어요. 말때 옆구리가 좀 터졌지만 너무 맛있어서 놀랐고 생각보다 쉬워서 자주 해먹을거 같아요. 감사합니다.
I’ve made this recipe 3 times already and it is absolutely delicious!! So light and fluffy but insanely moist, my family preferred this over a fancy store bought birthday cake. I almost double the amount of cream as the video amount leaves a very empty looking cake. I also reduce the amount of sugar/condensed milk used throughout the recipe and drizzle condensed milk over the top of the finished roll 😊 only complaint is that my paper does not remove that bottom crust layer like the video does right out the oven so I have to manually remove it with a serrated knife which is time consuming but definitely worth it in the end.

Hello! I made the recipe twice, and it came out perfectly, fluffy with a delicious flavor.
But when I was going to roll it, it cracked and the skin stuck to the wax paper. Why? What I'm doing wrong? 🤔☹️
@@ginacasillas8211 Hello! It could've been because your sponge was too thick, the thinner it is, the easier it is to roll up with no damage. Another great way to roll it up neatly is shown at 7:22 , here they cut small grooves into the sponge sheet. This allows the sponge to roll up more neatly by dispersing the tension. I hope this helps

@@ginacasillas8211 I don’t know if this is too late but try to smooth and even out the cake batter like what the person in the video did and don’t over bake the cake, it will help with the cracking issue, and even out the batter will help if the skin is sticking to your wax paper!
