      Just an inquiry if iam only using part of the one litre pristine,then the one that is left can I whip and freeze or I just store it in the fridge considering the shelf life is lessened once opened?
      Thanks again

    Big Hii from India Mam I have one doubt I bought pristine whipping cream today from my near by store they told me to store it in my freezer So I kept it in my freezer
    I planned to make cakes at 15th November
    Now only I go through ur channel video
    What can I do now ??
    Store in fridge ???
    Or
    Store in freezer ???

    • @tehillahcakesandcaterers6043
      @tehillahcakesandcaterers6043  Před 2 lety +1

      Thank you for your question. To the best of my knowledge, pristine cream should not be put in a freezer. However, if that's their advice, I'm not sure it will work well after putting in the freezer. What you could do is divide the cream and put some of it in the fridge and the other one in the freezer and see which one will work. All the best

    • @tehillahcakesandcaterers6043
      @tehillahcakesandcaterers6043  Před 3 lety +1

      That could be a factor but knowing that the you'd need to keep it in the fridge even as you wait for the colour to dissolve or spot. Another thing could be that you're not beating to the correct consistency

      Yes ..they are the best to use if you want to chill the bowls (since they maintain the coolness for long) also because they clean better .....in terms of ...compared to plastic they are easy to clean oil residue and ensure they are completely dry and oil free
