Thanks so much for sharing your valuable tips. Which brand of white chocolate do you recommend for ganache that is not too sweet and can ganache be flavored?
Yes ganache can be flavored. I use dairyland brand for all my ganaches
Wonderful job, keep it up.
Thank you Chef Jimmy Lang'at
So lovely tutorial, my question is, can we use the same ratios for ganache to cover cake., like ganache for frosting.
Yes you can. What you do is to let it sit for a while so that it can solidify some more them whip it and even add some already whipped cream mix and frost a cake
You could also use it without extra whipped cream. I.e ganache only to frost especially when you want to Fondant the cakes
@@tehillahcakesandcaterers6043 thank you so much tehillah for the responce, may God richly bless you for sharing this useful information.
Will the chocolate ganache melt when put in bottles and stored in the fridge. Cos chocolate hardens when left in the cold.or in this case..it wont harden when mixed with cream?
It wont harden back to the original state because it's ganache form(with cream)
The consistency of the ganache will depend on your preference I've explained on the video
@@tehillahcakesandcaterers6043 thanks...headahesolved.God bless
@@lynscafe8768 karibu 🙏 you're welcome

Awesome we thank God please go ahead and see how it goes! All the best dear🔥🔥
Good job, and thanks so much. what ratio do use when you want to make a chocolate cage?
No ratio per se .... because you just need to melt or temper the dark or white chocolate and prepare your cage ofcourse according to the height and length of your cake
@@tehillahcakesandcaterers6043 thank for your response
@@suziejoe4187 you're welcome
Use this ganache and show it in your cake decorations so that we can learn from that.
There's a video I did where I used Chocolate ganache to drip on cake let check the link
Mam plz tell me... Only gel colour can we use..? Or liquid food colour
For chocolate ganache you can use any colour you'd like feel free. All the best!👍
@@tehillahcakesandcaterers6043 mam chocolate mai agar hum liquid colour dalte hai to fir vo fatta hua hota hai. To kya ganache mai vesi problem nahi aayegi na
@@krushnaicakes3943 kindly text in English I don't understand what you've just typed 🙏
@@tehillahcakesandcaterers6043 she wanted to say that water based color isn't mixed well into ganache. what's the solution?
For ganache you can use any of the colours you've mentioned.....But when you are colouring melted chocolate only you have to use an oil based colour
I want to make red coloured roses using milk chocolate and white chocolate.i mean I will melt these together add oil based red colour and pour it in moulds.....what proportion will be good to make a nice bright red colour
The best way to go about it, is to add the color little by little till you get/ acquire the shade that you prefer
@@tehillahcakesandcaterers6043 thankyou so much 🙏
@@hsj7080 you're welcome
How do u preserve the ganache? N for how long....
Pour in an airtight container or a ziplock bag and put in the fridge it should be okay for the next 4 to 5days
Why do I get a bitter taste if I use powder colours??
because you added too much colour
Which company white chocolate you use?
Dairyland
