My favorite part was when I looked up David Arkenstone after hearing his music and finding out that he looks *precisely* like you would expect the composer of such a recognizable '90s sound to appear. Perfection.
I love listening to this song. I ESPECIALLY love it when I'm doing my tax returns and feeling vengeful and angry as the dwarves when their home and wealth were taken by evil.
I wonder if the irony escapes you when it's pointed out that the dwarves returning to claim their gold is in fact the Dwarven government returning to claim the treasure it most likely got in taxes and tithes from its laborers.
dude when the hobbit first came out I didn't like it.... but bro re watching the hobbit trilogy. has changed my mind. Good shit... thanks to David Arkenstone for epic music
I love love love this song more than anything I play it over and over and over again. Well not more than anything, but more than any other Celtic song.
I remember reading that Arkenstone actually wanted to do the music for the Lord of the Rings movies, but he wasn't chosen for that job. Personally, I think he would have done an absolutely fantastic job. The man is a musical genius.
What a beautiful song, lol I may see if I can get the sheets to the music and try and play it ;) well played song and it kept me interested in the song and finding the beat of the song is right in front of you so everyone can injoy :)
This song reminds me of us, the Believers in Christ waiting to come to the home we have never known: The great gates of the New Jerusalem will open wide, and we will come back home. I can see it, like a memory from another planted in my mind.... All Glory to The Father, Jehovah.
i might be a super duper late and slow for this but i just realized his name is fucking david ARKENSTONE.............was this a coincidence or did they name the damn thing after him lmao
That Violin man.. I didn't want it end.
My favorite part was when I looked up David Arkenstone after hearing his music and finding out that he looks *precisely* like you would expect the composer of such a recognizable '90s sound to appear. Perfection.

Haha couldn't have stated that any better!!
I wonder if the irony escapes you when it's pointed out that the dwarves returning to claim their gold is in fact the Dwarven government returning to claim the treasure it most likely got in taxes and tithes from its laborers.

Did David Arkenstone ever did his musical interpretation of The Silmarillion? Really like to hear his take on Tolkien's works.
2:27🤯🔥
Arkenstone as the stone. Hm very suspicious!
Gosh, that voice sounds almost like a dragon singing.
I'm not sure if your point of reference is accurate enough to make such a statement...
This song reminds me of us, the Believers in Christ waiting to come to the home we have never known: The great gates of the New Jerusalem will open wide, and we will come back home. I can see it, like a memory from another planted in my mind.... All Glory to The Father, Jehovah.
