Good to see you! Delightful project - Thank you!
I’ve been subscribed for years now. I love the way you teach. I’m not a total beginner but lots of things my sewing teacher never taught us in high school. You always fill in the gaps. Thank you ~ Janet 😘
I love both baskets, stacking option & the teal spotted print is so classy. You did a very thorough job of demonstrating & liked that you did the lining again to see the construction & the turning opening. Lovely work. I even have a Kam Snap rivet press if I wanted that option. Thanks a Bunch! 👍👍👍
What a lovely surprise to see another of your projects. I missed you👍🏻👍🏻
This would be an awesome gift basket holding bath soaps and lotions! Thank you!!! 💜💜💜
I made this in Valentine's Day fabric, and it turned out so cute. On the R form fusible foam, I cut two 6.5 x 11, rather. This is a very cute and fun project. I love your design style, it's always a bit unique and just so cute! Thank you!
Nice to have you back, you've been missed. Thank you for your tutorials.
Gina, I can’t thank you enough for this wonderful basket. I am making a couple with the 8” squares because they make a comfy bed for my daughter’s cats.
Thank you! So glad you’re back! I love your projects!
Very cute design and I love the ease of construction! Thank you for the tutorial and project! :-) ~~Christy~~
I love your cute little bags.
You’re a good teacher.

I love your tutorials so much. Can you teach us how to make a cylinder pencil/zip bag with cord-trimmed circle ends? Thank you for all of your videos!

Love the shape of this basket, and how the decorative ribbon can be handles too!
I love this bag as always your tutorials are clear and easy to follow, thank you and keep them coming.
I love them, Thank you so very much
Excellent demo. Thank you for all the sewing tips as well. I plan to make this soon.
Awesome project! Thanks!
I just made a valentine one. For the straps I used some XOXOXO ribbon I had. Turned out great!!
It's beautiful! I'll try it someday.
Looks like fun
Yay!! Love it!!
I’m so happy your back. I was really hoping you were ok after everything going on in the world. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I would love to make this as a carry bag for my crochet as it stands open for easy access. One problem though, I'd like it to close with a zip. I'll also add a shoulder strap. Thanks for such a pretty and practical bag.
Very nice, so creative, I plan on making it soon.
Such a cute pattern!💗
What a beautiful basket! I know exactly who I will make this for. One comment-it appears that the measurements given for the cutting of the lining is incorrect based on the information given in the video. But please, continue to provide your tutorials. I love them so much and look forward to them. I am so glad that your tutorials are back and your situation has improved.
After trying it I think the straps need to be longer than what was said in the video. 22 inches isn't long enough. I used the full width of the fabric for the length.
I agree. I had some ribbon and cut it to the 22 inches, and I couldn’t tie into a ribbon. I had to increase that length to 35 0r so.
👍👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍💋💋💋
Hey so for a 5 inch precuts would the blocks be 9 and a half but then what would the two other peices be ? 5 by 9 maybe ? Lord I love this project! I wanna ty so much ! A lot of bag and sewing project makers wanna make you buy some hard pattern to follow and understand! Ty ty ty I can’t ty enough! Some of us can’t afford classes and or patterns after buying the fabrics and notions ! Ty hon !
Hi Tonya
Thank you the support :)
For 5 inch square basket you will need
8 pieces of 5” squares
For the inside
One big piece of 9.5” by 9.5”
2 pieces of 5” by 9.5”
2 long pieces for the bows
You can do it the same size as the 6”.
You will also will need the foam the same size as the pieces from the outside
Thank you
I hope that helped
Gina
😍😍😍😍😍
Love your work. Very easy to see with your camera as a bird eye view. Can I suggest you do no wear bangles during the demonstration, it scratches on your mat and makes an unpleasant sound.
Can you add the measurements for an 8" square bag?? I think I missed something in your directions. Thanks you so much. I'm going to try one of these. Thank you.
