I think a lot of people don’t get how Momo’s quirk works. She turns the lipids in her body (her reserve fat) into energy to create things. So she can’t just make anything, for a unlimited amount of time. That’s why she doesn’t create things before battles, because she needs to reserve energy/lipids for situations that may arise.

I never realized that Ojiro is the Tenten of 1-A… on the other hand, I barely even *think* about him in the first place. I also find it slightly hilarious that Ochaco does more with martial arts than the guy who specifically focuses on martial arts.
I feel like Koda is more the TenTen of mha. It's still funny how horrendously normal Ojiro is

@@JuanFlores-gs7uu I think he maens that its shocking how some of class 1a passed the enterance exam although they're kinda mid. While some skilled people in class 1b somehow didnt pass the exam.
@Motion Slayer they all passed the entrance exam. There are just 2 hero classes because there are 40 students. All other classes are for business, general studies, support etc.
Deku in a tier of his own above the rest

Yup not a bad list here. Pretty accurate. Everyone in A tier has the potential to eventually make it to S. Especially Momo and my boy Tokoyami. I'd move Ochaco to low A, she is S tier when it comes to utility and rescue, but you have to remember she gave Bakugo a run for his money in the UA sports festival tournament. I feel she's done more than enough to deserve a spot in the A's.
Also, I know it wasn't her specifically, but Toga showed the offensive power of her quirk when she literally took out a whole bunch of villains by dropping them lol

Oh I think we'd need a seperate tier list for Rescue work: haha in that category I feel Bakugou would be the one in C tier, with Uraraka and Froppy in S tier (Deku in his current state would probalby still be S tier). HAHA we could also do a teir list for Stealth operation.... and Hagakure could be in SS tier.
Tbh in my opinion, Tokoyami should be an S, while he's not as strong as Deku, Tokoyami still has a huge strength with his quirk, and even in the daylight, Tokoyami still knows how to use it and make it a polyvalent quirk. And in the three first Seasons Tokoyami's quirk is virtually the strongest one
@@phantom9831 I feel Tokoyami's Quirk, while unstoppable in it's best circumstances, has just too big an Achilles heel, and one that's just too attainable. He's be like Superman if Superman's weakness was anything green coming close to him, as opposed to Kryptonite.
It says something that Aoyama and Hagakure would be the two character Tokoyami could probably never beat, that's assuming Aoyama became less incompetent...

Sero moves fast, have the ability to bind and stick; Shoji detects, carries people and can deal with direct combats in some situations while sugar man only have limited power and anything animal man can do is to detect and interfere (almost negligible).They should be separated at least.
The list is brilliant, but I'd change 1 thing. Leave Deku in thr S tier and move everyone else 1 down. The way Deku was packing up class 1 A when he turned vigilante was insane. He was clearly in his own league there. Bakugo and Todoroki are strong but they would never win in a 1v1 with current Deku (as was seen). There may have been a time when this ranking was accurate, but not anymore

I kinda wouldn't be suprised if Deku sacrafices OFA to defeat AFO, AND remove both Quirks for the sake of everyone. MAYBE he'll be lucky and get to keep Stockpile.... then the levels will be a bit closer.

I agree for the most part, except that you should switch Ojiro and the sticky berries guy around. Also, Ochaka should totally be an A tier.
Shoji should be B tier. He isn't doing the ultra important things, but is probably the best support, next to Jiro and Momo

Tokoyami is a beast💀💀, actually S rn
It's pretty accurate, but Tokoyami is an S in strength, his quirk is more polyvalent than it seems, and has a power extremely high. It depends on the arc you use to compare them, but Tokoyami is legit a S and litterally the strongest one in the class until the end of S3 at least.

S Tiers: Deku, Bakugo, Shoto, Ochaco and Tokoyami
A Tiers: Iida, Kirishima, Momo and Kaminari
B Tiers: Mina, Sero, Tsuyu, Shoji and Jiro
C Tiers: Mineta, Sato, Ojiro and Koda
D Tiers: Hagakure and Aoyama
I'd rank Momo higher than that, she's a really strong character, even if she lacks of confidence, she proved her fiability many times

I think all of A and Uraraka have S tier potential if they are shown at their fullest. I don't think we will see most of them do that besides maybe tokoyami at this moment in the manga.

I feel like Ochako, Mina Ashido and especially Tsuyu are getting just a little bit disrespected. Tsuyu as an over all hero is actually crazy to me, I got half a mind to even put her A to A- tier, obviously she doesnt hit hard but she has more utility than I think people give her credit for, also she probably easily saved the most lives atleast like on screen lol (including her classmates). I like Mina, i think she should be B tier still, but my head cannon is she can actually box, also I think her quirk can be dangerous as fuck. Plus she only really went down because Gigantomachia is OD and she risked her life to get IN HIS FACE for Momo's plan. I think if that didnt happen we coulda seen a little more from her but yeah, B is pretty solid for her. Mina's quirk is a combat quirk so she has that edge over them I think (tanking Dabi's fire is a pretty huge deal considering Shoto got his ass thrown to the ground lol), plus she should be about as agile as Froppy atleast I think, her quirk just isnt as versatile tho. Ochako for me as an overall hero is on the same level as Tsuyu, both above Mina simply because they have far better support and saved many more people than Mina. If washing machine man and black hole boy are top hero, I think Ochako could easily be A or A- as well, especially with how many civilians she saved, but I agree with this list overall
Yeah the way they disrespected my girl Froppy is crazy she is easily an A tier hero for me. She is so versatile and strategic it’s crazy l. yes she might not be super powerful but we’ve seen her hold her own against very strong opponents time and time again. I think other then bakugo she’s a student that truest understands her quirk and uses it to it’s full ability

Not now I don't think: the only reason Tokoyami beat her so easily is at that point she was book smart but lacked quick thinking. In a rematch now, she'd just create wall-to-wall strobe lights, cover herself in a reflective outfit so the light was coming off her a LOT, and then shoot Tokoyami with her Net Gun: and even then she'd be refraining herself from going more lethal.
Heh i imagine if she'd found some dust chemical and reduced sweating in people, she could bomb it on Bakugou to render him incapable of making explosions (assuming they weren't in costume) and have a decent shot against him.

Ngl I got Tokoyami over Everyone but the main trio, and tbh Ragnarok could take down a lot of the other A Tiers easily. Momo is the most overrated on this list, she can only use her ability in big ways like 3-4 times before running out of lipids, so I'd put her into B honestly. Very versatile, but she needs to know molecular structures, have lipids, AND have enough time to form the item and ready it.
You're underrating Momo. She learnt to make things faster, and no, even if that consumes a bit of her lipids, she can create many, things before running out of matter
Really only Deku should be S Tier. Deku is on a whole other level than to his classmates. He’s really the only one in his class that can solo UA AND the pro heroes. Everyone else should go in A or below cause none of them are even comparable to Deku honestly

Currently in the manga, Tokoyami is definitely S - Tier. His best feats are insane, as he was able to rescue Hawks from a Endeavor - level villain (Dabi), was able to overpower Stress - enhanced Re-Destro (who fought on par with Awakened Shigaraki who was, at the time, at the level of around Endeavor based on feats), held back Vigilante Deku with one attack, and by combining all of his darkness into Dark Shadow, was capable of landing blows on a prime ALL FOR ONE (the strongest villain in MHA).
Sato should be low - mid B-Tier. He was capable of being on par with Kirishima who landed blows on Bakugo, and his power gives the ability to smash through multiple layers of concrete controlled by Mr. Cementoss.
Koda should be D - Tier. While he does have good rescuing capabilities, this list is primarily focused on combat effectiveness. Koda's ability is purely luck based, as if there aren't any useful animals around (i.e. tigers, lions, mammoths), he's basically dead. Some ants & birds aren't helping him in a fight, and that seems more likely than tigers being around, especially where villains usually appear.
Aoyama is not really what you'd call a "strong" character, but he should be in at least low D-Tier. He somewhat fought Deku and held him off, not really though...
Yaoyorozu is in mid B - Tier. A - Tier is for exceptionally powerful class mates on par with Pro Heroes. Midnight & Mt. Lady looked towards her because she's a good leader, not because of her power. Her quirk is limited to small - mid sized items, and, in-character, as you said, she would create this mid - battle, so in a 1v1... She's getting blitzed against A / S-Tier characters.
Kaminari is low B - Tier. He only absorbed that lightning blast because he was an electric-type just like his enemy, and since there aren't any other electric types in Class 1-A, he's getting bodied by most of the upper tier classmates. His power also only really works once on an actually lethal level, and against these characters' endurance and durability, that's not cutting it.
Ojiro is mid C - Tier. He's not great but his martial arts and efficiency with his tail were able to allow him to restrain Vigilante Deku for a bit.
Putting Momo above anyone is A - Tier is insanity. Her creation that was SUPPOSED to restrain Vigilante Deku didn't even work for more than a couple milliseconds (Ojiro did more in that fight against Deku).

i'd say put Kaminari in B tier because he has almost zero defensive capabilities like let's say the A tier characters know that they're gonna get shot, how will they defend themselves or get out of range? Kirishima will become rock hard (pause) Iida will outspeed the bullet, if not he can probably just get out of sight, tokoyami can use dark shadow to either defend himself from the bullet or just fly away and momo could probably create something that would protect her but what about Kaminari? the best bet he got is to try and blind the person with his lightning and then run somewhere to hide but that is very much unlikely
Sorry but I strongly disagree with how bakugo and shoto are stringer than tokoyami if you caught up on the manga you would see how his dark shadow develop. Bakugo and shoto still would win because of their element but more damage to the villians I got to give it to tokoyami.
Bakugo and Shoto since can cause more damage. Bakugo explodes you into bits, and Shoto incinerates or freezes you on a molecular level. Dark Shadow punches you very hard. As overall heroes in terms of combat, rescue, and application of quirk in every scenario, it would be Shoto, Bakugo, and then Tokoyami.

@phantom9831 what? What if it is a landslide? Or fire hazard? What if the building is delicate and shouldn't be moved, but there are people trapped inside? Shoto would have an easier time in all these environments with his fire resistance and ice to secure the structure. He's just more well-rounded and adaptable.
@@ebrimajallow3165 if there's a landslide, Tokoyami can easily protect civils and make them to safety as quick as Todoroki, of the building is delicate, Dark Shadow can enter and put them out as well. Tokoyami's quirk can be very polyvalent, and he showed it many times
Shoto can literally administer first aid. He's the reason Endeavour didn't die during the first war due going over his overheating limit, as well as the reason that Gran Torino didn't bleed out and Ryuku's losing use of her hands after Shiggy f-ed them up.

Uraraka i feel if she awakened her quirk she could control gravity completely and from a range even which would make her one of the best in the class in my opinion
I know this may sound ridiculous but im hoping her awakening is like something like being able to touch the ground and everything around her to float while at the same time being able to manopulate what she controls kinda like a room ability but thats just me

Koda and Mineta did defeat Present Mic and Midnight but Present Mjc and Midnight are still stronger than them
I agree with a lot of what your saying but Froppy would beat Kaminari one on one. Very underrated as an all-round hero. Put it this way, fast forward 10 years when their both into their hero careers I think Froppy would be higher rated, and I think the anime backs that up.

I know I’m gonna get hate for this but I would put Kaminari in high b and Mineta in low b. Let me explain.
Kaminari’s quirk is powerful but it lacks a lot of versatility and overall he's not a quick thinker. He’s more of a final attack kind of fighter.
As for Mineta whether people want to admit it or not Mineta is no idiot and we’ve seen his intelligence a handful of times throughout the story at the very least he by himself could restrain the bad guys.
And to top it all off Mineta's quirk is very versatile. He uses it for movement, climbing, restraining, and trapping.
since bakugo awakened his quirk against shigaraki I'd personally put him above todoroki

Aye man i think ya boi tokoyami deserves that S teir, his dark shadow abilities are just cool but not just that it can also hold up on it's own, like damn that thing was a beast when it lose control, but oh well i guess compared to those 3 on S teir he's laking a bit of mastery over his quirk's true potential but I'd say good list
I agree, even if he lacks of mastery over his quirk in Dark places. Tokoyami still have a bit of control if he remains calm. And yes compared to Deku (now) he's weak, but his strength is comparable to Katsuki or Shoto's strength, and I would even say that he was the strongest (in terms of max power) in the three first Seasons

The two placements that I disagree with the most is Denki and Mineta.
I don't think denki can hang with the people in A tier. Yes he proved very usefull during the raid, but that was just a 1 time situation. They brought him so he could neutralize a certain villain. He should be put at B. I feel like Ochaco could beat him in a 1v1.
Mineta has shown to be very usefull in battle. Him vs midnight and him during the fight against 1-B. Feels like y'all put him low only because of his personality. Y'all should put him atleast in C+ or B-
Even though it was an OVA but Mineta was able to keep All Might from moving with his balls, so he is actually really useful, so I agree.
Thank you I was like how they gonna but Denki in A but Froppy in B because she’s a situational hero which I disagree with highly. Froppy is so much more versatile as a hero and has shown holding her own when she’s not near water. Mean while denki is super situational like you said yea he’s shown to be able to absorb very powerful electric base attacks but what he doing against anyone else and he’s such a glass cannon it’s crazy if you can somehow block or withstand his 100% output it’s a wrap for him like shown during the tournament arc

Hot take kirishima top of A. Momo gets bodied up close, all she is is support bit without the right people like kirishima, it is useless. Kirishima got slammed into the earth by gigantomachia. Earlier on he ran through a high velocity pillar or swords and took multiple attacks from rappa, which was when he was way less durable. Also his biggest strength is his almost main character like willpower, he can really comeback from being really injured.
Momo should be in b tier in a 1v1 most people would just demolish her before she can make anything strong also we never see her make anything that would put her at A tier level
Imma say it: Momo is C tier without prep time.
kaminari and tokoyami are my two favorite class 1 a characters. I see them in the same level as a shoto and bakugo.
Maybe not Kaminari, he needs to gain more control over his quirk
