  • Hey Everyone,
    Today we are making an interior modification to the tt. The rear seats are so small that they are nearly useless and I never use them. I could much rather use the space from a rear seat delete kit! I found a cool small business that makes them and figured we should give it a try!

    Seat delete looks amazing! Also noticed your drivers window doesn’t drop when you open the drivers door, probably the micro switch in the door mechanism, quite a simple and rewarding job 😊

      Most of the case, for the window drop, it’s an electronic reset to do.
      There is a procedure, that you can easily find on the net.
      Drop the window completly, keep the buttons down twice, and same thing when close the window. Something like that, I don’t remember exactly.
      It happen most of the time when you unplug the battery.
      I do that often when I unplug my battery.

      @@HunterDirection worth trying to reset the windows auto function first. push button to put the window down and when its down keep holding it for 10 seconds, then pull window up and when the window is up fully keep holding the button for 10 seconds. always works for me, wont guarantee it works for anyone else

    • @HunterDirection
      @HunterDirection  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Right! The engine died right after the hose popped off so the car likely shut down for safety. I'm really glad it was on a deserted road and not approaching a corner. The parts to fix are on the way!

    A lot of guys that do the rear seat delete do it to lighten the car and get more power to weight ratio. When the reality is if these same dudes did a front belly delete by cutting the carbs and intermittent fasting plus knocking the beer on the head could probably get a 30kg improvement! 🤷🏿‍♂️

    • @HunterDirection
      @HunterDirection  Před 6 měsíci

      True! The engine died with the pop so there wasn't any throttle either. I figured coasting to a stop was the play since I didn't want the car to bump start forcing it into gear without knowing what was wrong.
