How to speak about massage therapy in a medical context - ensuring that both clients and allied providers understand how best to collaborate with you.
How to succinctly record three types of information: Patient Subjective, Practitioner Subjective, and Objective. (This could also be called “how to make charting not suck”.)
How to use practical, HIPAA-compliant methods of sharing information with allied providers, so that your communications becomes reliable, confidential, and not burdensome to maintain.
How to speak as yourself, without overselling or obscuring your findings, which creates trust with both clients and referring providers.
