Hi ever one on here can you advise me on the issue I do I ordered a vcds program from eBay to clear the codes stored on my car I actually removed and replaced the heated leather seats with normal seats on my mk5 golf and the radio now I have the steering angle light on and the abs the codes are which I can’t remove are 00361 and 00857 where my cd is working fine I don’t know how to deal with this issue can I make the car forget about the heated seat as I followed one of your videos where how to reset the steering angle sensor g85 which is sorted now but can’t get rid of the steering traction light and abs any help much appreciated thanks
@golf Wagen hi bro,I'm a golf 7 user, I'm getting parking sensor failure, fault code is u112100, when I connect it to the device, it says databus missing and the sensor on the left front corner of my vehicle is constantly beeping. I changed the sensor, the fault still persists, what can I do?
Hey can you answer me this please. i was doing coding and programming with a snap on machine and now my rear boot lid dont work i check all the wiring to the module its not the wiring or parts at fault i need to tell the system the rear boot lid is fitted because when i do some check it say rear lid not fitted any help will do thanks.

hello, have you any experience about this comfort module (convenience module).. its eating my battery.. i found its using power when car closed.. also it clicks every like 2minutes.. what cable you use for this VCDS, where can i buy from ebay maybe. (octavia mk2 2006).. the blink lights flash but no sound from alarm siren, thinking maybe this is reason.
Hey man. My car has the same issue. the CCM (Comfort Control Module) clicks on my car every 10 seconds and my battery is draining. I have a 2010 Passat. Did you figure out what was wrong with your car?
@@danny996 i checked with software, monitoring signals, open closed.. both cars show same values.. its the module that checkes for something all the time and keeps draining
@@rteaw okay what did was get the car in locked mode and sat in it and heard a click every 12 seconds. that was the CCM unit under the glove box. that might be what is wrong with your car.

Hello, why you change this module? I changed the radio and i have battery problems. I had readed that with the module L the battery dont have problems of discharging. Can you said me if you change it for this reason?
Does it need to first save old getway settings and tick/untick in the VCDS later after replacing for the new one? I have some bulb orange and abs on the dashboard after placing new gatway is that something wrong etc?
I don't think that's the cause man, I recently replace my canbus on my passat 2006, and there's a few orange light showing on the dashboard after the replacement. I think I will need to reprogram the canbus to make it fit my vehicle, but 200 dollars for the VCDS is a lot for me lol
Liu Alex I do have VCDS for £50 from ebay and it does work. I do have few faults to fix but never enough time to do so. I fault is circuit fault and it is releted to that LED. Cold coding it called?

nemám to uplne preskumane (gateway) možno maš zaškrtnute niečo čo nemáš v skutočnosti - ako napríklad navigáciu a pri tom maš rádio a ne navigáciu.

the key is not coded anymore. and the 46 comfort module is probably under the steering wheel. I think

Neither do I. I paid one to do it for me, and he's a pro. He didn't disconnect the battery, but better safe than sorry I guess.

I have recently installed led bulb above reg plate and this is the cause I guess.
I did put the old bulbs back but it still appears o the dash.
I don't think that's the cause man, I recently replace my canbus on my passat 2006, and there's a few orange light showing on the dashboard after the replacement. I think I will need to reprogram the canbus to make it fit my vehicle, but 200 dollars for the VCDS is a lot for me lol
