Mega Man 7's Wily capsule boss is known to be the HARDEST ever on the entire classic series... and you somehow managed to not get hit at all (even those yellow orbs that deal 1 damage, and is the safest of all other orbs damages). You are the true game master of no damage run bosses, Shadowserg! Congratulations!!!

You madman you actually beat the final boss without being hit. that fight is so unfairly hard.
I fought that boss before,he was a s-class nightmare.
Even though I finally beat him here after many tries,I still felt like my pride was shredded.

@@adrenalinex4 just use a charged Wire Coil and have at least 3 E tanks, another important tip is to try to get hit by the yellow energy orb if you can't dodge them very well, the blue one will freeze you and you will get hit by the eletrict balls that wily drops before disappearing, the red one is the worst since it will keep draining your health, and that takes A HUGE amount of your health, the yellow one just do contact damage without any one effects so try to get hit by the yellow one if possible.

Man, this guy's good. Freeze Man, Slashman, that dinosaur... they were all so hard to perfect on with just the buster.
Yeah, you just saw that correctly; that final fight was so hard that it got Rock to almost kill Wily in frustration.

It was a decision by the localisers. In the original script he hesitates and doesn't say that, as far as I'm aware.

It indirectly brought up again but for the last time in Megaman 8. The in-game lore stated that the Evil Energy can infects only robots that harbors evil emotions, and at the scene after Wily's defeated, Megaman is infected and incapacitated by the Dark Energy even though previously he was immune to it. It's implied that that was because at that moment there are "evil" intention in Megaman's heart, which is "getting rid of Wily". After that, a follow-up scene plays where Duo cleanses any evil energy inside Megaman's system. It's implied that this action by Duo also effectively cleanse all of the build-up hostility Megaman has for Wily (considering his hostility for Wily is most probably the very evil that lured the Evil Energy to attack him), hence why future installment has Megaman as the very forgiving robot again.

Yeah, he did amazingly well. I can now beat both Wily Phases without taking a hit using buster only as well.

You just have to learn it’s pattern. This game is my favorite in the classic series. Plus, people only think it’s bad because brentalfloss said it was.
@@amso7169 and the fact it was released way too late, seriously megaman 7 only came out after X2 or X3, meaning almost nobody really cared to the classic series anymore, that until megaman 9 to 11

Gotta love how among the 4 robot masters Wily specifically built as a contigency plan in case he was ever arrested, the 4 robot masters Wily was *counting on* to bust him out of prison, one of them is a literal pile of junk and the other is soap bubbleman
The final boss is definitely the most annoying boss of all the classic mega man games.

My immediate thought upon seeing the thumbnail was "Really? Even the Wily Capsule?" And sure enough, you do it again. Even the programmer or something on this game once admitted he couldn't beat it without at least one E tank. This Boss Could've been the Hardest Boss in entire mega man franchise but there are 2 things that keeps it low . You know from where it is coming from , Sometimes shots can be manipulated and You have E tanks .

Wily Capsule is actually a lot easier than you make it look. In all but one teleport locations, position yourself underneath him but opposite where you're going to slide to. Slide for the short burst, jump the rest. With his ground location, be just to the right of center screen, and do the exact same thing: slide, then jump. No need to do any of that wonky jumping in-between and sliding through thing you were doing. Obviously, MAJOR kudos to you for accomplishing it the hard way, but I'm just posting this in case anyone might need this strategy. Once you get the timing down, Wily Capsule is at least easy enough to do without E-Tanks.

"I am more than a robot!! Die Wily!!" Mega Man, so close to becoming the world's first Maverick. Personally, I wouldn't kill Wily despite everything he's done. I'd rather reverse his evil with good so that he could make Zero a good Reploid and not a Maverick and never develop the Maverick virus to begin with.
