After rufus had done flashing my usb, i went and restart the machine, booted from the usb. But somehow only live version is working, if i choose install it just hangs.

I recommend that you reformat your device, and install Windows 10 with Prime OS or Phoenix OS? And they are not with us. Or if you want to access Windows, you must enter from the boss, by pressing F 12 when the name of the manufacturer of your device appears.

insert win 10 installation cd and run it from boot, make sure it's the first priority, go through the menu and find the command prompt,, and type this..
"bootrec /fixmbr" and hit enter,
"bootrec /FixBoot" and hit enter,
"bootrec /ScanOs" and hit enter,
"bootrec /RebuildBcd" and hit enter,
you can close everything and restart... tadaaa.. your windows alive again..
dont forget to remove cd or usb soon after you click restart..
just use win 10 installation cd, dont use hiren boot. it gonna be tricky if u use hirenboot.

if u go to minute 7.00 he format the partition with ntfs, so in your case, you need to format it using fat32. that's the only reason.

The OS installs on my HDD, but when I reboot it says no bootable device found, even though grub installed and I can see the boot partition under the boot device menu.
