What about the switch on the board? How is starting balancing if you did not solder the start switch? What about the LFP or LI connection on the board? what you soldered to be configured?
It will start balancing automatically when noticed one cell is super higher than the rest of the others. It will also start balancing when it reaches the set voltage threshold for LFP, LIFEPO4 battery. Mind you don't have to set this active balancer like a bms. Finally, there's a provision if someone is interested to install a on/off switch if you want this balancer to always balance your cells or not to stay on all the time.
