Yeah if the demonstration is officially announced and authorized by the city, the police is actually obliged to protect them. But it is the same, when the punks or whoever announces a demonstration. They have to tell the city officials the route they will march and how many will participate and from when to when it will happen and so on.
Rule of Law, you know - where police actually do their job of equally upholding law and order for all its citizens - no matter what the vocal minority/majority may think of them. Tbf I had no idea Neo-nazi demonstrations were even allowed in Germany - they ban so much else having to do with Nazism. Oh and I'm not a Nazi-sympathizer, just someone who thinks freedom of speech and protection under law should apply to everyone.

What is deckspace? Im kinda noob to hoi4, especially air and navy. i always see people talking about being deckwiped and all but i don't know what that is
airstrike 900 deckspace has to do with aircraft carriers. Deckspace refers to how many planes you can fit on a given carrier. When all planes aboard are shot down in a small amount of time, one can be said to have been deckwiped.
