  • The concept of surrender and loss of control are universally viewed as negative. However, if one surrenders to the loss of control, giving the “it” of a situation’s negatives up to the universe, one’s higher power, or simply to time, surrender can offer life-changing opportunities for dynamic growth and change. Mary Fran Bontempo is a speaker, author, and humorist who teaches audiences to control their most powerful influence: Self-Talk. Author of The Woman’s Book of Dirty Words, and Not Ready for Granny Panties-The 11 Commandments for Avoiding Granny Panties, Mary Fran proves small changes in self-talk yield big life changes, allowing individuals to be positive, productive and successful in a rapidly changing world.
A Huffington Post and Thrive Global contributor, and syndicated columnist for multiple online platforms, Mary Fran inspires and motivates readers and listeners to tame the self-talk beast. After thirty years’ experience as owner of a full-service recruiting firm and finding herself in the middle of a perfect life storm-turning 50, a crashing economy, and most devastating, a son battling heroin addiction-Mary Fran created the blog, Not Ready for Granny Panties, evolving as a motivational speaker and program leader. She is also a founder of the business/life podcast, 4 Chicks Chatting. A frequent media guest and speaker, audiences delight in her empowering and entertaining message. 😊Believe in yourself 😊
Believe in your capacity to do good and great things 😊
Believe that no mountain is so high that you can't climb it😊
Believe that no storm is so great that you can not weather it 😊
For instance 👉A Bird 🐦 sitting a tree is never afraid of the branch breaking because her trust is not on the branch but on it's own wings
    Always believe in yourself 😊

How are we the only species capable of planning? Does the bird not build a nest for her young? Does the squirrel not pack away nuts for the winter? Maybe man kind is too egotistical, as to think they are the only species with a brain.

Higher power? The universe? NO. HIS NAME IS JESUS CHRIST! He's the only begotten Son of God the Father who created all things that are seen and unseen. Give God credit. You should be more humble than this. God gives us weaknesses that we may be humble. God resists the proud, and gives grace to the humble.
