  • You can sabotage success by pushing too hard. Surrender is the antidote to stress in a world that relentlessly conspires to interrupt creative thought. Surrender boosts your brain's endorphins--euphoric, opiate-like pain killers--and serotonin, a natural antidepressant that allows you to relax, have more fun, and succeed more wildly than ever before. Life becomes easier and more blissful when you can let go.
About TEDx, x = independently organized event In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized. (Subject to certain rules and regulations.)

surrender is not weakness or defeat. It is knowing when to let go to something and when to not let go, the art of flow

I love your approaches to surrender. This surrender thing is a life long process and I 'greatfully' look for opportunities everyday. I finally live painfree learning how.

I’ve been practicing to surrender aka let go of things that are out of my control and I do feel a lot more at peace. I’m even trying to teach my partner to do it. Thank you Judith I enjoyed this video and I’m enjoying your book Thriving as an Empath!

I think surrender is the choice you don't fight with the present moment and start to get along with it. You don't expect more so you can appreciate to a higher degree what you already have. This brings us calmness and hence happiness.

I love how she gracefully moves - she dances - while she speaks. She IS the graceful flow she's describing with her words. I'm inspired! Thank you so much for posting this!

I just finished watching your short video about Surrender and I want to say thank you so much for making it available! I am in that exact place of needing to go with the flow in my own life and feel like this helped define what is happening. It actually feels easier and more peaceful to just let go instead of holding on to the constant stress and anxiety.

I am passionate about this subject of surrender and I have a blog page where one of my articles is called "Sweet Surrender" which talks about the many ways the Universe has shown me this theme on my journey with bipolar disorder. I tried to post my blog page but I don't think youtube will allow me. Thanks for bringing it to the fore Dr Orloff.

the most important thing in life is that you should learn to trust people in different moments of life, you should always stay close to your friends and family you should spend time with them and do your best to be with them always
