I wonder if Tesla left the center section open for air intake. Have you noticed any drop in the air conditioner efficiency?
Do you plan to check the air filter and battery area under the plastic after another week or two?

Yeah I added it to mine and dry, this should be offered by Tesla as a retrofit.
